맡아 다스리는 것을 넉넉하게 하는 사람의 창고는 오곡이 가득차고
정성과 믿음으로 일을 하여 곡식을 사들이고 곡식을 파는 것을 자신의 권한대로 하여도 아무 탈이 없다.

  The storehouse of a person wwho manages resources generously is filled with the five grains.

   If one accumulates wealth only for selfish greed and regards selling grain with a heavy markup

   as a clever business strategy, that is a grave mistake.

管裕人之庫하여 五穀이 充滿하고 (관유인지고하여 오곡이 충만하고)

  When a person mmanages storehouses generously,

  the five grains become abundant and full ; when one acts with sincerity and trust,

誠信爲事하여 伊糴伊糶에 自手權柄이 無厄이니라. (성신위사하여 이적이조에 자수권병이 무액이니라.)

 Even when working with basic farming tools(plows and bellows),

 holding the authority directly in one′s own hands brings no misfortune or disaster.

맡아 다스리는 것을 인색하게 하면 사람의 마음이 떠나고 사람의 마음이 떠나면 누가 창고를 채워 줄 것인가?

  If one is stingy and miserly in managing and governing resources, people′s hearts will leave.

  Once people′s hearts leave, who will be left to fill the storehouse?
