Questions 1-5 refer to the following letter.
91 Loughborough Place London SW1P 9AT
Brett Stevens Personnel Manager GDF Group 13 Chancery Place Oxford OX1 3PQ
April 14
Dear Mr. Stevens,
Thank you very much for offering me the Management Consultant position at GDF Group.
Unfortunately, I have to inform you that, after careful consideration, I have decided not to accept your offer. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
This was a very difficult decision for me. I greatly enjoyed meeting you and the other managers at GDF Group, and I am fully aware of your company’s excellent reputation in the field of management consultancy for the electricity industry. However, I have chosen to decline your offer for two reasons. Firstly, I feel that I do not have enough knowledge of the electricity sector to perform to my full potential at GDF. As you know, most of my experience has been as a consultant for financial services companies. Secondly, it would be very expensive for my family and me to relocate from London to Oxford, and it would also be very costly for me to commute everyday. Therefore, I have decided to accept another job at a company headquartered in London.
Again, many thanks for your offer, and apologies for not being able to accept it. If you would like to discuss this further, please call me at 079876123, preferably this week since I will be on holiday after April 17.
Sincerely,
Ruth Juma

Stevens
GDF Group

두 번째 단락의 제의 거절의 두 가지 이유를 설명 한 부분에서 it would also be very costly for me to commute everyday라고 했으므로 이 회사로 출퇴근 하는 것이 비용 면에서 효율적이지 못함을 알 수 있다.
