오늘은 주일  주님께서 우리의 예배를 받으셨으면...

(암5:4-27)
4 This is what the LORD says to the house of Israel: "Seek me and live;  5 do not seek Bethel, do not go to Gilgal, do not journey to Beersheba. For Gilgal will surely go into exile, and Bethel will be reduced to nothing."  6 Seek the LORD and live, or he will sweep through the house of Joseph like a fire; it will devour, and Bethel will have no one to quench it.  7 You who turn justice into bitterness and cast righteousness to the ground  8 (he who made the Pleiades and Orion, who turns blackness into dawn and darkens day into night, who calls for the waters of the sea and pours them out over the face of the land--the LORD is his name--  9 he flashes destruction on the stronghold and brings the fortified city to ruin),  10 you hate the one who reproves in court and despise him who tells the truth.  11 You trample on the poor and force him to give you grain. Therefore, though you have built stone mansions, you will not live in them; though you have planted lush vineyards, you will not drink their wine.  12 For I know how many are your offenses and how great your sins. You oppress the righteous and take bribes and you deprive the poor of justice in the courts.  13 Therefore the prudent man keeps quiet in such times, for the times are evil.  14 Seek good, not evil, that you may live. Then the LORD God Almighty will be with you, just as you say he is.  15 Hate evil, love good; maintain justice in the courts. Perhaps the LORD God Almighty will have mercy on the remnant of Joseph.  16 Therefore this is what the Lord, the LORD God Almighty, says: "There will be wailing in all the streets and cries of anguish in every public square. The farmers will be summoned to weep and the mourners to wail.  17 There will be wailing in all the vineyards, for I will pass through your midst," says the LORD.  18 Woe to you who long for the day of the LORD! Why do you long for the day of the LORD? That day will be darkness, not light.  19 It will be as though a man fled from a lion only to meet a bear, as though he entered his house and rested his hand on the wall only to have a snake bite him.  20 Will not the day of the LORD be darkness, not light--pitch-dark, without a ray of brightness?  21 "I hate, I despise your religious feasts; I cannot stand your assemblies.  22 Even though you bring me burnt offerings and grain offerings, I will not accept them. Though you bring choice fellowship offerings, I will have no regard for them.  23 Away with the noise of your songs! I will not listen to the music of your harps.  24 But let justice roll on like a river, righteousness like a never-failing stream!  25 "Did you bring me sacrifices and offerings forty years in the desert, O house of Israel?  26 You have lifted up the shrine of your king, the pedestal of your idols, the star of your god--which you made for yourselves.  27 Therefore I will send you into exile beyond Damascus," says the LORD, whose name is God Almighty.  

오늘의 말씀을 읽어내려 가던 중
내 눈은 8절에서 잠시 멈췄다
거기에 보면 ‘the Pleiades and Orion’ 이라는 이름들이 나오기 까닭

그리스 신화에서 플레이아데스와 오리온
거인 아틀라스와 플레이오네 사이에서 태어난 일곱 자매
오리온은 우연히 일곱 자매를 보고 반해 7년 동안 그녀들을 끈질기게 스토킹
오리온의 추격을 견디다 못한 자매들이 제우스에게 구원을 요청
제우스는 이들을 비둘기로 변하게 한 뒤 밤하늘의 별자리(성단)로 만들어 주었다고...
이에 분노한 오리온 역시 죽은 후 별자리가 되었는데...
밤하늘에서도 오리온 자리는 여전히 플레이아데스 성단을 뒤쫓는 형상으로 움직인다...는 이야기...

아모스서에 
온 우주(宇宙)를 만드신 분이 하나님이심을 표현함에
그리스인들이 믿었던 우주관(宇宙觀)을 언급(言及)한 것은
당시 북이스라엘 사람들이 섬겼던 우상들 금송아지, 바알-아세라,일월성신(日月星辰=식구,기윤)
특별히 일월성신(日月星辰)을 신앙했던 그 내용에 그리스신화적 요소가 들어 있었음
그러니까 그리스의 영향도 받고 있었다는 그런 말이 되는 것

당시 벧엘 길갈 브엘세바는 우상섬김의 중심지 였던 것으로 보이며
하나님은 그런 그들에게
4,6,8절을 통해 하나님께 돌아와서 죽지 말고 살라는 부탁을 하고 계심을 본다

얼나마 타락했는지
하나님께 속죄화목번제소제물(贖罪和睦燔祭素祭物)을 가져와도 
하나님 받지 않겠다...하심은 
저들의 제물이 혼합신앙(混合信仰) + 종교다원주의신앙(宗敎多元主義信仰)의 제물(祭物)로 
하나님께 모욕감(侮辱感)을 주는 신성모독죄(神聖冒瀆罪)를 더하는 것뿐의 의미(意味)가 되기 때문인 것을 알 수 있다

오늘날의 가장 무서운 우상은
인본주의, 이기주의적기복신앙 , 계시신앙 거절 아전인수적 해석신앙, 종교다원주의, 자본주의, 민주(공산)주의...라 할 수 있는데...
하나님께서 오늘날의 예배를 과연 받고 계신 것일까...???
