SPICED BANANA DAIQUIRI

To ensure a creamy banana daiquiri, use a very ripe banana. Don't be afraid of a few brown spots. Inside, the fruit will be white and sweet.

2 cups ice
<br>
1 banana, peeled and broken into pieces
<br>
2 ounces spiced rum (such as Captain Morgan)
<br>
2 ounces creme de banana
<br>
1 ounce cinnamon schnapps
<br>
Juice of 2 limes
<br>
2 teaspoons superfine sugar
<br>

* Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and pulse on and off until the mixture starts to swirl evenly. Blend on high for 20 seconds, or until the drink is completely smooth.

1 oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
<br>
1/4 oz. creme de banana
<br>
2 oz. sweet & sour mix
<br>
1/2 banana
<br>
8 oz. shaved ice
<br>
<br>
* Blend ingredients thoroughly in blender. Pour into specialty glass. Garnish with banana wheel and maraschino cherry.
