Natamycin 외용제 (품명: 나타신점안현탁액)

▶허가사항 범위내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에 투여한 경우에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.(고시 제2013-103호)

     ○ 진균성 각막염

* 시행일: 2013.7.1.
* 신설사유: - 미허가 긴급도입 의약품으로 한국희귀의약품센터의 급여결정 신청에 의해 검토함
- 국내·외 허가사항, 교과서, 관련 학회의견, 임상진료지침, 임상논문 등을 참조하여 ‘진균성 각막염’ 적응증에 급여를 우선적으로 인정함
