[ Responsibilities ]
- Drive and maintain the overall business planning process and strategy via facilitation and senior management reviews.
- Manage the external and internal market intelligence relationships.
- Drive dissemination of collected knowledge to field via appropriate media.
- Provide advice and support on related LOBs in addition to Country Management Team.
- Drive inter-departmental communication, team building activities and processes defined as PRP-OMP-IMP to improve business processes and strategies such as account planning focused on installed base analysis , target market activities etc.
- Lead win/loss analysis.
- Define, manage and monitor business KPIs.
- Ensure specific market campaign process execute as designed (e.g. Product Campaigns, Industry Campaigns etc)
- Act as a point of contact for APAC Product or Industry operations team to coordinate the deliverables on time and to continue improvement of the processes.
