APRICOT CHESTNUT CHILLER THRILLER

Perfect for a winter holiday party, New Year's Eve, or touch of Christmas in July. 

Just remember to look for chestnuts packed in water or dry vacuum-packed.

Candied chestnuts or chestnuts in syrup will make your teeth hurt.

1 cup ice
3/4 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup roasted, peeled chestnuts (fresh or canned)
2 pitted apricots (fresh or canned)
1 ounce vodka
1 onnce hazelnut liqueur (such as Frangelico)
1 ounce vanilla liqueur (such as Licor 43)
1/2 ounce apricot brandy

* Combine all the ingredients in a blender. 

   Cover and pilse on and off until the mixture starts to swirl evenly. 

   Blend on high for 20 seconds, or until the drink is completely smooth.
