느헤미야13장 말씀입니다.

[사랑하는 나의 가족]

[바이블 애플] KJV 흠정역 느헤미야13장

1. 그 날에 그들이 모세의 책에서 낭독하여 백성에게 들려주었는데 그 안에서 발견된바 기록하기를, 암몬 족속과 모압 족속은 영원토록 [하나님]의 회중 안으로 들어오지 못하리니

On that day they read in the book of Moses in the audience of the people; and therein was found written, that the Ammonite and the Moabite should not come into the congregation of God for ever; 

2. 이는 그들이 빵과 물을 가지고 이스라엘 자손을 맞이하지 아니하고 오히려 그들을 치려고 발람을 고용하여 그가 그들을 저주하게 하였기 때문이라. 그러나 우리 [하나님]께서 그 저주를 돌이키사 복이 되게 하셨도다, 하였으므로

Because they met not the children of Israel with bread and with water, but hired Balaam against them, that he should curse them: howbeit our God turned the curse into a blessing.

3. 이제 그들이 그 법을 듣고 섞여 사는 모든 무리를 이스라엘에서 분리시켰더라.

Now it came to pass, when they had heard the law, that they separated from Israel all the mixed multitude.

4. 이 일이 있기 전에 우리 [하나님]의 집의 방을 감독하는 제사장 엘리아십이 도비야와 연합하였으므로

And before this, Eliashib the priest, having the oversight of the chamber of the house of our God, [was] allied unto Tobiah: 

5. 그를 위해 큰 방 하나를 예비하였는데 그 방은 예전에 그들이 음식 헌물과 유향과 기구들과 또 레위 사람들과 노래하는 자들과 문지기들에게 주도록 명령한 곡식과 새 포도즙과 기름의 십일조와 또 제사장들의 헌물을 두던 곳이더라.

And he had prepared for him a great chamber, where aforetime they laid the meat offerings, the frankincense, and the vessels, and the tithes of the corn, the new wine, and the oil, which was commanded [to be given] to the Levites, and the singers, and the porters; and the offerings of the priests. 

6. 그러나 이 모든 기간에 내가 예루살렘에 있지 아니하였나니 바빌론 왕 아닥사스다의 제삼십이년에 내가 왕에게 갔다가 며칠 뒤에 왕에게서 휴가를 얻어

But in all this [time] was not I at Jerusalem: for in the two and thirtieth year of Artaxerxes king of Babylon came I unto the king, and after certain days obtained I leave of the king: 

7. 예루살렘에 와서 엘리아십이 도비야를 위해 [하나님]의 집 뜰에 방을 예비한 그 악한 일을 알게 되었노라.

And I came to Jerusalem, and understood of the evil that Eliashib did for Tobiah, in preparing him a chamber in the courts of the house of God.

8. 그 일로 인해 내가 심히 근심하였으므로 도비야의 모든 집안 물건을 그 방 밖으로 내던지고

And it grieved me sore: therefore I cast forth all the household stuff of Tobiah out of the chamber.

9. 그때에 명령하여 그들이 그 방을 정결하게 하였으며 내가 [하나님]의 집의 기구들과 음식 헌물과 유향을 다시 거기로 가져다 놓았노라.

Then I commanded, and they cleansed the chambers: and thither brought I again the vessels of the house of God, with the meat offering and the frankincense.

10. 내가 또 그들이 레위 사람들의 몫을 그들에게 주지 아니하였음을 알게 되었으니 이는 일을 하던 레위 사람들과 노래하는 자들이 각각 자기 밭으로 도망하였기 때문이더라.

And I perceived that the portions of the Levites had not been given [them]: for the Levites and the singers, that did the work, were fled every one to his field.

11. 그때에 내가 치리자들을 꾸짖고 이르기를, 어찌하여 [하나님]의 집을 내버려 두었느냐? 하고 곧 그들을 함께 모아 다시 그들의 처소에 세웠더니

Then contended I with the rulers, and said, Why is the house of God forsaken? And I gathered them together, and set them in their place. 

12. 그때에 온 유다가 곡식과 새 포도즙과 기름의 십일조를 가져다가 보고에 들이므로

Then brought all Judah the tithe of the corn and the new wine and the oil unto the treasuries. 

13. 내가 제사장 셀레미야와 서기관 사독과 레위 사람들 중에서 브다야를 보고의 재무관으로 삼고 또 맛다니야의 손자요, 삭굴의 아들인 하난을 그들 다음가는 자로 삼았으니 그들은 신실한 자로 인정받았더라. 그들의 직무는 자기 형제들에게 나누어 주는 일이었더라.

And I made treasurers over the treasuries, Shelemiah the priest, and Zadok the scribe, and of the Levites, Pedaiah: and next to them [was] Hanan the son of Zaccur, the son of Mattaniah: for they were counted faithful, and their office [was] to distribute unto their brethren. 

14. 오 내 [하나님]이여, 이 일에 관해 나를 기억하옵소서. 내 [하나님]의 집과 그 집의 직무들을 위해 내가 행한 나의 선한 행실을 지워 버리지 마옵소서.

Remember me, O my God, concerning this, and wipe not out my good deeds that I have done for the house of my God, and for the offices thereof. 

15. 그때에 내가 보니 유다에서 어떤 사람들이 안식일에 포도즙 틀을 밟고 곡식 단을 가져와 나귀에 실으며 또 그들이 안식일에 예루살렘에 들여온 포도즙과 포도와 무화과와 온갖 짐을 실으므로 이에 내가 그들이 양식을 팔던 그 날에 그들에게 증언하였고

In those days saw I in Judah [some] treading wine presses on the sabbath, and bringing in sheaves, and lading asses; as also wine, grapes, and figs, and all [manner of] burdens, which they brought into Jerusalem on the sabbath day: and I testified [against them] in the day wherein they sold victuals.

16. 또 두로 사람들이 예루살렘에 거하며 물고기와 온갖 제품을 가져다가 안식일에 예루살렘에서 유다 자손에게 팔기에

There dwelt men of Tyre also therein, which brought fish, and all manner of ware, and sold on the sabbath unto the children of Judah, and in Jerusalem.

17. 그때에 내가 유다의 귀족들을 꾸짖고 그들에게 이르기를, 너희가 어찌 이 악한 일을 행하여 안식일을 더럽히느냐?

Then I contended with the nobles of Judah, and said unto them, What evil thing [is] this that ye do, and profane the sabbath day?

18. 너희 조상들이 이같이 행하였으므로 우리 [하나님]께서 이 모든 재앙을 우리와 이 도시에 내리지 아니하셨느냐? 그런데도 너희가 안식일을 더럽혀서 더 많은 진노가 이스라엘 위에 임하게 하는도다, 하고

Did not your fathers thus, and did not our God bring all this evil upon us, and upon this city? yet ye bring more wrath upon Israel by profaning the sabbath.

19. 안식일 전에 예루살렘 성문들이 어둡게 되기 시작할 때에 내가 명령하여 성문들을 닫고 안식일이 지나기 전에는 그것들을 열지 못하게 하며 또 내 종들 중에서 몇 사람을 성문들에 세워 안식일에 아무 짐도 들어오지 못하게 하니라.

And it came to pass, that when the gates of Jerusalem began to be dark before the sabbath, I commanded that the gates should be shut, and charged that they should not be opened till after the sabbath: and [some] of my servants set I at the gates, [that] there should no burden be brought in on the sabbath day.

20. 이에 장사꾼들과 온갖 종류의 제품을 파는 자들이 한두 번 예루살렘 밖에서 머물므로

So the merchants and sellers of all kind of ware lodged without Jerusalem once or twice.

21. 그때에 내가 그들에게 증언하여 이르기를, 너희가 어찌 성벽 주위에서 머무느냐? 너희가 다시 이같이 하면 내가 너희를 붙잡으리라, 하였더니 그때부터는 안식일에 그들이 다시 오지 아니하였더라.

Then I testified against them, and said unto them, Why lodge ye about the wall? if ye do [so] again, I will lay hands on you. From that time forth came they no [more] on the sabbath. 

22. 내가 또 레위 사람들에게 명령하여 그들이 자신을 정결하게 하고 와서 성문들을 지켜 안식일을 거룩히 구별하게 하였노라. 오 내 [하나님]이여, 이 일에 관해서도 나를 기억하옵시고 주의 크신 긍휼대로 나를 아껴 주시옵소서.

And I commanded the Levites that they should cleanse themselves, and [that] they should come [and] keep the gates, to sanctify the sabbath day. Remember me, O my God, [concerning] this also, and spare me according to the greatness of thy mercy. 

23. 그때에 또 내가 아스돗과 암몬과 모압의 아내들과 결혼한 유대인들을 보니

In those days also saw I Jews [that] had married wives of Ashdod, of Ammon, [and] of Moab: 

24. 그들의 자녀들이 아스돗 말은 절반쯤 하나 유대인들의 말은 하지 못하며 다만 각 백성의 말을 하므로

And their children spake half in the speech of Ashdod, and could not speak in the Jews language, but according to the language of each people. 

25. 내가 그들을 꾸짖고 그들을 저주하며 그들 중 몇 사람을 때리고 그들의 머리털을 뽑으며 그들이 [하나님]을 두고 맹세하게 하며 이르되, 너희는 너희 딸들을 그들의 아들들에게 주지 말고 또 너희 아들들이나 너희를 위하여 그들의 딸들을 데려오지 말라.

And I contended with them, and cursed them, and smote certain of them, and plucked off their hair, and made them swear by God, [saying], Ye shall not give your daughters unto their sons, nor take their daughters unto your sons, or for yourselves. 

26. 전에 이스라엘 왕 솔로몬이 이 일들로 죄를 짓지 아니하였느냐? 그러나 많은 민족들 중에서 그와 비길 왕이 없었고 그는 자기 [하나님]께 사랑을 받았느니라. [하나님]이 그를 왕으로 삼아 온 이스라엘을 다스리게 하셨으나 그럼에도 불구하고 심지어 그도 이국 풍습의 여인들이 죄를 짓게 하였느니라.

Did not Solomon king of Israel sin by these things? yet among many nations was there no king like him, who was beloved of his God, and God made him king over all Israel: nevertheless even him did outlandish women cause to sin.

27. 그런즉 이방 아내와 결혼함으로 우리 [하나님]께 죄를 짓고 이 모든 큰 악을 행하려는 너희의 말에 우리가 귀를 기울여야 하겠느냐? 하니라.

Shall we then hearken unto you to do all this great evil, to transgress against our God in marrying strange wives?

28. 대제사장 엘리아십의 손자인 요야다의 아들들 가운데 하나가 호론 사람 산발랏의 사위가 되었으므로 내가 그를 쫓아내어 내게서 떠나게 하였노라.

And [one] of the sons of Joiada, the son of Eliashib the high priest, [was] son in law to Sanballat the Horonite: therefore I chased him from me.

29. 오 내 [하나님]이여, 그들이 제사장 직분을 더럽히고 제사장 직분과 레위 사람들에 관한 언약을 더럽혔사오니 그들을 기억하옵소서.

Remember them, O my God, because they have defiled the priesthood, and the covenant of the priesthood, and of the Levites. 

30. 내가 이와 같이 그들을 정결하게 하여 모든 타국인에게서 떠나게 하고 또 제사장들과 레위 사람들에게 직무를 정해 주어 각각 자기 일을 맡게 하며

Thus cleansed I them from all strangers, and appointed the wards of the priests and the Levites, every one in his business;

31. 또 정한 때에 나무 헌물과 첫 열매를 드리게 하였사오니, 오 내 [하나님]이여, 나를 기억하사 복을 주시옵소서.

And for the wood offering, at times appointed, and for the firstfruits. Remember me, O my God, for good.
