-Cargo loading confirmation E-mail and X-payment notice from POL agent
-Send freight invoice to Korean customers
-Pass B/L copy& invoice evidence to Accounting department
-Cross booking control
-Off shore BL correction & issuing
-Cross payment notice E-mail from POL agent
-Ocean freight collection from customers through accounting team
-Any additional work for Korea off-shore business
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Insures delivery of accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. Build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service.
JOB CONTEXT
This jobholder needs to work effectively with staff & clients in an open area office on a PC sending & receiving data by mail, CRM System & other Internal systems like Diva & LARA & handling phone calls.
COMMUNICATIONS & WORK RELATIONSHIPS (Internal & External)
Internal: The jobholder needs to work effectively with the staff in
Sales as to get information about the clients contacts and volumes
Also communicates with Export Documentation Department, Financial Department, Logistics Department to solve any occurred problem.
External: The jobholder is always in contact with
Clients: To deliver service / solve problems / introduce new services and regulations.
CMA CGM Logistics: for trucking export shipment if requested by client.

선적을 원하는 기업들로부터 booking 접수받고 관련 선적서류를 처리합니다.
이와 관련한 화주들의 요청 및 문의에 친절히 응대하면서 영업 지원업무를 수행합니다.
*요구조건
해운업무는 무역업무의 일부분이므로 기본적인 무역관련지식(무역거래조건, 해상보험, 신용장, 수출입통관, 관세 등)에 대한 전반적인 무역지식을 갖추고 있으면 좋습니다.
화주들에게서 걸려오는 전화량이 굉장히 많으므로 고객친절마인드가 필요합니다.
본사 혹은 해외 지사들간의 의사소통에 필요한 기본적인 영어실력이 필요합니다.
