Example: M: So, how was your day? W: Leave me alone! Why are you so nosy? M: Why are you so touchy? I just asked you a simple question, "how was your day?" W: I'm sorry, I didn't mean to get angry with you. I had a terrible day.
Definition: Touchy
means to be sensitive in a
negative way. Most Explanation: We use touchy when we say something to a person and they over-react in a negative way.
