창세기43장 말씀입니다.

[사랑하는 나의 가족]

하나님의 사람들이 영적으로 회복되기 위해서는 올바른 성경말씀을 읽어야 하기에 창세기부터 말씀을 올립니다.

물론 이 성경 말씀들도 아직은 부족하지만 부족한대로 하나님의 성령께서 자신이 말씀하신 말씀들을 올바르게

이해시켜주시기를 성령님께 간구 드립니다. 이 말씀들을 읽으시는 동안 성령께서 인도해주시기를 바랍니다.

1. 그 땅에 기근이 심하더라.

And the famine [was] sore in the land.

2. 그들이 이집트에서 가져온 곡식을 다 먹으매 그들의 아버지가 그들에게 이르되, 다시 가서 우리를 위해 양식을

    조금 사라, 하거늘

And it came to pass, when they had eaten up the corn which they had brought out of Egypt, their father said unto them, Go again, buy us a little food.

3. 유다가 그에게 말하여 이르되, 그 사람이 엄히 우리에게 단언하며 이르기를, 너희 동생이 너희와 함께하지 아니하면

    너희가 내 얼굴을 보지 못하리라, 하였은즉

And Judah spake unto him, saying, The man did solemnly protest unto us, saying, Ye shall not see my face, except your brother [be] with you. 

4. 아버지께서 우리 동생을 우리와 함께 보내시면 우리가 내려가서 아버지를 위하여 양식을 사려니와

If thou wilt send our brother with us, we will go down and buy thee food:

5. 아버지께서 만일 그를 보내지 아니하시면 우리가 내려가지 아니하리니 그 사람이 우리에게 말하기를,

    너희 동생이 너희와 함께하지 아니하면 너희가 내 얼굴을 보지 못하리라, 하였나이다, 하매

But if thou wilt not send [him], we will not go down: for the man said unto us, Ye shall not see my face, except your brother [be] with you.

6. 이스라엘이 이르되, 너희가 어찌하여 너희에게 또 동생이 있다고 그 사람에게 고해 이같이 내게 해가 되게 하였느냐?

    하니

And Israel said, Wherefore dealt ye [so] ill with me, [as] to tell the man whether ye had yet a brother?

7. 그들이 이르되, 그 사람이 우리의 형편과 우리의 친족에 관해 엄중히 물으며 말하기를, 너희 아버지가 아직 살아

    있느냐? 너희에게 다른 형제가 있느냐? 하기에 우리가 그 말뜻에 따라 그에게 고하였나이다. 그가 말하기를,

    너희 동생을 데리고 내려오라, 할 줄을 우리가 확실히 알 수 있었으리이까? 하니라.

And they said, The man asked us straitly of our state, and of our kindred, saying, [Is] your father yet alive? have ye [another] brother? and we told him according to the tenor of these words: could we certainly know that he would say, Bring your brother down? 

8. 유다가 자기 아버지 이스라엘에게 이르되, 그 아이를 나와 함께 보내시면 우리가 일어나 가리니 그러면 우리와

    아버지와 또 우리의 어린것들도 살고 죽지 아니하리이다.

And Judah said unto Israel his father, Send the lad with me, and we will arise and go; that we may live, and not die, both we, and thou, [and] also our little ones.

9. 내가 그를 위하여 보증인이 되리니 아버지께서 내 손에서 그를 요구하소서. 내가 만일 그를 아버지께 데려다가

    아버지 앞에 두지 아니하면 내가 영원토록 비난을 받으리이다.

I will be surety for him; of my hand shalt thou require him: if I bring him not unto thee, and set him before thee, then let me bear the blame for ever:

10. 우리가 지체하지 아니하였더라면 분명히 지금쯤에는 두 번째 갔다 왔으리이다, 하니

For except we had lingered, surely now we had returned this second time. 

11. 그들의 아버지 이스라엘이 그들에게 이르되, 이제 어쩔 수 없이 그리해야 할진대 이렇게 하라. 이 땅에서 나는

      가장 좋은 열매를 너희 그릇에 담아 그 사람에게 예물로 가져갈지니 곧 유향 조금과 꿀 조금과 향료와 몰약과

      견과와 아몬드니라.

And their father Israel said unto them, If [it must be] so now, do this; take of the best fruits in the land in your vessels, and carry down the man a present, a little balm, and a little honey, spices, and myrrh, nuts, and almonds:

12. 또 너희 손에 두 배의 돈을 가지고 가되 너희 자루 아귀에 도로 가지고 온 그 돈을 다시 너희 손에 가지고 가라.

      혹시 그것을 못 보았을 수도 있느니라.

And take double money in your hand; and the money that was brought again in the mouth of your sacks, carry [it] again in your hand; peradventure it [was] an oversight:

13. 너희 동생도 데리고 일어나서 다시 그 사람에게로 가라.

Take also your brother, and arise, go again unto the man:

14. [전능자] [하나님]께서 그 사람 앞에서 너희에게 긍휼을 베푸사 그가 너희의 다른 형제와 베냐민을 돌려보내게

      하시기를 원하노라. 내가 내 자식들을 잃게 되면 잃으리로다, 하니라.

And God Almighty give you mercy before the man, that he may send away your other brother, and Benjamin. If I be bereaved [of my children], I am bereaved. 

15. 그 사람들이 그 예물을 취하고 두 배의 돈을 자기들의 손에 가진 채 베냐민을 데리고 일어나서 이집트로 내려가

      요셉 앞에 서니라.

And the men took that present, and they took double money in their hand, and Benjamin; and rose up, and went down to Egypt, and stood before Joseph.

16. 요셉이 그들과 함께한 베냐민을 보고 자기 집의 치리자에게 이르되, 이 사람들을 집으로 데려가고 짐승을 잡아

      예비하라. 이 사람들이 정오에 나와 함께 먹으리라, 하매

And when Joseph saw Benjamin with them, he said to the ruler of his house, Bring [these] men home, and slay, and make ready; for [these] men shall dine with me at noon. 

17. 그 사람이 요셉이 명한 대로 하여 그 사람들을 요셉의 집으로 인도하니라.

And the man did as Joseph bade; and the man brought the men into Josephs house.

18. 그 사람들이 요셉의 집으로 인도되므로 두려워하여 이르되, 처음에 왔을 때 우리 자루에 도로 돌아온 그 돈으로

      인해 우리가 끌려가는도다. 그가 기회를 잡아 우리를 대적하며 우리를 덮쳐 노예로 삼고 우리의 나귀를 빼앗으려

      하는도다, 하고

And the men were afraid, because they were brought into Josephs house; and they said, Because of the money that was returned in our sacks at the first time are we brought in; that he may seek occasion against us, and fall upon us, and take us for bondmen, and our asses. 

19. 요셉의 집 청지기에게 가까이 나아가 그 집 문에서 그와 이야기하며

And they came near to the steward of Josephs house, and they communed with him at the door of the house,

20. 이르되, 오 선생이여, 우리가 처음에 참으로 양식을 사러 내려왔으나

And said, O sir, we came indeed down at the first time to buy food: 

21. 여관에 이르러 우리 자루를 풀어 보니, 보소서, 각 사람의 돈이 곧 우리 돈이 전체 무게 그대로 각 사람의 자루

      아귀에 있기에 우리가 그 돈을 우리 손에 도로 가져왔고

And it came to pass, when we came to the inn, that we opened our sacks, and, behold, [every] mans money [was] in the mouth of his sack, our money in full weight: and we have brought it again in our hand.

22. 양식을 살 다른 돈도 우리 손에 가지고 내려왔나이다. 누가 우리 돈을 우리 자루에 넣었는지 우리가 알지

      못하나이다, 하매

And other money have we brought down in our hands to buy food: we cannot tell who put our money in our sacks.

23. 그가 이르되, 너희는 안심하라. 두려워하지 말라. 너희 [하나님] 곧 너희 아버지의 [하나님]께서 재물을 너희 자루에

      넣어 너희에게 주셨느니라. 너희 돈은 내가 받았느니라, 하고 시므온을 그들에게로 데려오니라.

And he said, Peace [be] to you, fear not: your God, and the God of your father, hath given you treasure in your sacks: I had your money. And he brought Simeon out unto them. 

24. 그 사람이 그들을 요셉의 집으로 데려가고 그들에게 물을 주므로 그들이 발을 씻으매 그가 그들의 나귀들에게

      먹이를 주었더라.

And the man brought the men into Josephs house, and gave [them] water, and they washed their feet; and he gave their asses provender.

25. 그들은 자기들이 거기에서 빵을 먹으리라는 말을 들었으므로 예물을 정돈하고 정오에 요셉이 오기를 기다리니라.

And they made ready the present against Joseph came at noon: for they heard that they should eat bread there.

26. 요셉이 집으로 오매 그들이 그 집으로 들어가서 자기들 손에 있던 예물을 그에게 가져가고 땅에 엎드려

      그에게 절하니

And when Joseph came home, they brought him the present which [was] in their hand into the house, and bowed themselves to him to the earth.

27. 요셉이 그들에게 안부를 물으며 이르되, 너희 아버지 곧 너희가 말하던 그 노인이 안녕하시냐?

      지금까지 살아 계시냐? 하매

And he asked them of [their] welfare, and said, [Is] your father well, the old man of whom ye spake? [Is] he yet alive? 

28. 그들이 대답하되, 주의 종 우리 아버지가 건강하고 지금까지 살아 있나이다, 하며 머리를 숙여 경의를 표하니라.

And they answered, Thy servant our father [is] in good health, he [is] yet alive. And they bowed down their heads, and made obeisance.

29. 요셉이 눈을 들어 자기 어머니의 아들 곧 자기 동생 베냐민을 보고 이르되, 이 아이가 너희가 내게 말한 너희의

      작은 동생이냐? 하고 또 이르되, 내 아들아, [하나님]께서 네게 은혜 베푸시기를 원하노라, 하니라.

And he lifted up his eyes, and saw his brother Benjamin, his mothers son, and said, [Is] this your younger brother, of whom ye spake unto me? And he said, God be gracious unto thee, my son.

30. 요셉이 속 중심에서 자기 동생을 그리워하였으므로 급히 울 곳을 찾아 자기 방으로 들어가 거기서 울고는

And Joseph made haste; for his bowels did yearn upon his brother: and he sought [where] to weep; and he entered into [his] chamber, and wept there.

31. 얼굴을 씻고 나와서 자기를 억제하며, 빵을 차리라, 하매

And he washed his face, and went out, and refrained himself, and said, Set on bread.

32. 그들이 요셉에게 따로 차리고 그의 형제들에게 따로 차리며 또 요셉과 함께 먹는 이집트 사람들에게도 따로

      차렸으니 이는 이집트 사람들이 히브리 사람들과 함께 빵을 먹으려 하지 아니하였기 때문이더라.

       그것은 이집트 사람들에게 가증한 것이니라.

And they set on for him by himself, and for them by themselves, and for the Egyptians, which did eat with him, by themselves: because the Egyptians might not eat bread with the Hebrews; for that [is] an abomination unto the Egyptians.

33. 그들이 요셉 앞에 앉되 맏아들은 그의 장자권에 따라, 막내아들은 그의 연소함대로 앉았으므로 그 사람들이 서로

      이상히 여겼더라.

And they sat before him, the firstborn according to his birthright, and the youngest according to his youth: and the men marvelled one at another.

34. 요셉이 자기 앞에서 음식을 취해 그들에게 주었으나 베냐민의 음식은 그들 중 어떤 사람의 음식보다 다섯 배나

      많았더라. 그들이 마시며 요셉과 함께 즐거워하였더라.

And he took [and sent] messes unto them from before him: but Benjamins mess was five times so much as any of theirs. And they drank, and were merry with him.
