A Lady Gaga tune has come between Teddy Riley and his 21-year-old daughter Taja Riley.

Last week, in California federal court, Mr. Riley filed a lawsuit against Taja for claiming a songwriting credit and partial ownership of a song that he says he developed with Gaga – and that Taja had absolutely nothing to do with, notes The Hollywood Reporter.

According to the complaint, in September 2009, Lady Gaga (real name: Stefani Germanotta) shared with him her concept for a composition that was originally titled, “Show Me Your Teeth,” which ultimately made it onto her “Monster” album as the song “Teeth.” The music was written by Teddy Riley and lyrics came from Lady Gaga.

소장에 따르면 2009년 9월에 레이디 가가 몬스터 앨범에 수록된 원곡 show me your teeth 곡의 구성은 원래 레이디 가가의 컨셉을 잡고 테디와 함께 공유하기 시작하면서 공동으로 만들어낸 곡이라고 언급하고 있다 teeth 라는 곡은 사실 테디 라일리와 레이디가가에 의해서 썼다고 되어 있다  

Riley says his daughter was “desirous of starting her own career in the music and entertainment business” and aware that her older sister Deja Riley had been “granted a gift of songwriting credit” by their father. Taja Riley allegedly wanted the same thing.

The lawsuit states that “after completion of the ["Teeth"] song, and its selection for inclusion as a track on Lady Gaga’s album, he and Taja had a discussion about whether he would be willing to similarly gift a songwriting credit to Taja Riley to assist her in starting her musical and entertainment career as well.”

테디 라일리는 자신의 첫째 딸 deja 라일리에게 송라이터로써 음악적 신용정보를 부여했다 Taja 라일리도 가가의 저작권을 같이 갖고 싶어했다 teeth라는 곡은 레이디 가가의 앨범에서 완성된 후 테디와 Taja가 작곡 신용 정보를 공동작업자로써 부여하고 그녀의 음악적경력을 돕기 위해 Taja 라일리 이름으로 줄 의향이 있는지 토론을 가져었다고 taja 라일리는 주장한다

The famed producer implies that he never came to such an understanding with his daughter. Afterwards, Taja Riley is said to have signed a deal with EMI Music Publishing and EMI Virgin Music and claimed co-writing credit and a 25 percent interest in “Teeth.”

그러나 라일리는 그러한 토론을 결코 한적이 없으며 그 이후 taja 라일리는 테디와 상의 없이 emi 뮤직과 계약을 체결 teeth의 곡 25센트의 수익을 가질 것이라는 조약으로 계약을 체결했다고 한다

The father says “the representations made by Taja Riley as to participation in the creation of the composition, authorship, and ownership are all false and untrue and that Defendant Taja Riley did not participate in any way in the creation of the composition, and did not own any rights whatsoever to The Song.”

테디는 말하길 곡의 구성 저작권 소유권 참여에 관해서 Taja가 말한것은 모두 거짓이며  Taja 라일리는 그 음악에 있어선 전혀 참여하지 않았고 그 노래에 어떤 권리를 소유하지 않았다고 주장했다

He also blames EMI, whose publishing division was just sold to a consortium that includes Sony/ATV, for not contacting him to ascertain the truth.

테디는 자세히 알아보지 않고 계약을 체결한 emi를 비난했다

So he’s now suing his daughter, EMI and Sony/ATV for copyright infringement, fraudulent copyright registration, unfair competition and accounting. He wants an enhanced award of statutory damages for willful infringement and an injunction.

Teddy and Taja Riley have a history of drama. In December 2009, he was accused of violently attacking Taja, then 18, with a guitar from the video game Rock Band. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Taja claimed that Teddy ” lifted a Rock Band guitar and threatened to kill person(s) w/ it.” Taja also claims she suffered “bashes to the temple, contusion on face and pain in knee.” She was granted a temporary restraining order against her dad for the incident and Teddy was ordered to stay 100 yards from his daughter.

그래서 테디는 그녀의 딸 Taja 라일리와 저작권 침해 저작권 등록 불공정 회계에 대해 소송을 벌이고 있는 중이다 또한 예전 테디와 Taja 라일리가 다툼으로 폭행시비에 말려든적이 있었는데 그 문제로 테디는 법원에서 Taja를 임시 접근 금지 명령을 내렸고 테디는 그의 딸을 100yards 접근금지 명령을 내렸습니다
