Alanine, Arginine, Asparagine, Cysteine, Glutamine, Histidine, Proline, Serine, Tyrosine, Tyrosine, Glycine are Unessential amino acids.
Among main amino acids, Essential amino acids are not synthesis in the body. So, we must ingest that through foods. For example, In case of adults, Valine, Leucine, Isoleucine, Methionine, Threonine, Lysine, Trytophane, Phenylalanine and In case of children, Histidine.

For instance, Valine is good for making strong muscle. Arginine is good for counteraction of the liver. Like that, Each Amino acids has different effect.
Recently, Amino acids has been used nutrition and seasoned with vitamin. Among the amino acids, Glutamic acid's taste is the best. Of course, There are various amino acids that is sweet or sour. For example, Glycine and Aspartic acid mix a drink and then stimulate the taste of wine, now. Also, Heating amino acids with sugar makes unique smell and color.
