      격려와 칭찬을

             명총 김 규봉(김 요셉)

평소에는 별일 없이

자연스럽게 잘 지내지만

가족 간에도 꼭 해야 할 말이 있어도

때로는 말 못 할 때가 종종 있다

부부간에도 있는 그대로

사실을 사실대로 말해도

때로는 그것이 빌미가 되어 다툼이 생기고 싸움이 되어

풍파로 어려움을 겪을 때도 있나니 

하늘이여 하늘이여

지혜를 다해 살아간다 해도

부족하고 못난 저희에게

만사형통의 지혜를 주시옵소서

배워 지성을 가졌다 해도

평범한 일상을 유지하며 살아가기도

쉽지가 않습니다

누구나 장단점은 있는 것

상호 다름을 인정하고

단점보다 장점을 

꾸지람 비난보다 격려와 칭찬을 

격한 언어보다 다감하고 순화된 언어로 

조금씩 조금씩 양보하고 의기투합하면

구김 없는 밝고 좋은 사회

아름답고 평안한 통합의 더 좋은 미래를 분명 열어 갈 수 있지 않을까..

Normally, without any problems
I get along naturally
Even if you have something to say to your family
Sometimes I can't talk

Even between couples, just the way they are
to tell the truth
Sometimes it's a pretext, a quarrel, a fight
There are times when you're having trouble with the wind and waves 

Heaven, heaven
Even if you live with all your wisdom
For those of us who are lacking and ugly
Give me all the wisdom of all things

Learn. Even if you have intelligence
It's not easy to live a normal life
It's not easy
Everyone has pros and cons

to acknowledge their differences
It's not a disadvantage. It's a good thing 
Rather than scolding, I'll give you encouragement and compliments 
In a more sensitive and refined language than in a fierce language 
If you give in little by little and work together
a bright and good society without wrinkles
Wouldn't it be possible to open up a better future of beautiful and peaceful integration..
