I already had the opportunity to visit the Eurofighter facility in Manching in January. It underlines Germany’s long-term commitment to the Eurofighter.” </p><p style="text-align: left;">Mezzanatto added: “Eurofighter Typhoon will be the backbone of Europe’s defence for decades to come.” </p><p style="text-align: left;">In June 2020, Germany’s acquisition of 38 Eurofighter Typhoons was estimated to be worth around €5.4 billion ($5.8 billion). Delivery of the Airbus fourth-generation fighter jets should commence in 2025. </p><p style="text-align: left;">The Eurofighter Typhoon is a twin-engine, canard-delta wing, multirole fighter, manufactured by a consortium of Airbus, BAE Systems and Leonardo. </p>

첫댓글 2000년대 초반의 KF-16 20대 추가 주문과 똑같은 맥락이네요.
F-16은 지금도 라인 살려놓고 잘 팔리고 있지만 타이푼은 기존 운영국 외에 더 팔릴 것 같지가 않은데 라인 살린다고 투자를 하네요.
