기본 필요 자격:

- 대리급/광고 회사 경력 1~2년

- 영어/한국어 writing/speaking 모두 상급이어야 함

- 주로 한국 광고주 Account Servicing 및 카피라이팅 업무

Account Executives/Senior Account Executives

Enfatico is a unit of Y&R Brands, which is part of WPP Group plc, one of the world’s largest communications services groups. Enfatico is seeking Account management staff who will have day-to-day responsibility to assigned clients and are responsible for delivering quality materials on time and on budget. 

You will manage the ‘localization’ of Global & Regional creative templates for A-T-L, B-T-L as well as digital vehicles from the initial client brief all the way through to dispatch of finished art to publication or print.  The Account management staff will also manage clients and liaise with Creative, Digital and Production teams on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

·         Key contact for the clients – ensuring an optimized workflow

·         Act as internal client liaison with creative, media, production and business planning teams in a seamless and integrated way to ensure agency deliverables are met on time, on budget and with no errors

·         Traffic artwork and liaise with clients for approval

·         Responsible for all final Agency work-quality control

·         Work with Global and Regional Enfatico teams on specific localization issues to develop culturally relevant creative campaigns

·         Manage account financials including raising of CEs, Pos, invoices as well as budget reconciliation with team.

·         Perform translation/copywriting from English to Korean to ensure brand/copy/tone consistency across client initiatives

·         Proofread/QA all content in Korean for various communication materials

·         Excellent communication, presentation and prioritization skills

Position Requirements

·         Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Mass Communications/ Business studies or similar

·         Fast-paced agency or client side experience in through the line (ATL/BTL/digital) communications an advantage

·         Those with relevant marketing experience, with strong client services background and proven ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders are welcome to apply

·         Possess maturity and confidence to manage clients with multiple requests and aggressive deadlines

·         Positive and outgoing personality with strong attention to details, systematic and work well with structured work processes

·         Strong team management skills and good organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task

·         Demonstrate ability to work independently and also be able to work well within a team

·         Native Korean required and minimum 1-2 year agency experience

·         Excellent written & verbal bilingual skills in Korean and English is a must
