43일째 하늘의 보화를 나누어 줌 Sharing Heaven's Treasures

“너희가 거저 받았으니 거저 주라”(마 10:8).

Freely ye have received, freely give. Matt. 10:8.

복되신 구주께서는 율법의 교훈을 따라 사는 모본을 우리에게 세워 주셨다.

The blessed Redeemer has set us an example in living out the precepts of the law.

그는 그의 추종자들에게 “너희가 거저 받았으니 거저 주라”고 말씀하신다.

He says to His followers, "Freely ye have received, freely give."

우리는 하늘의 부요한 보화를 받아들이기 위하여 열린 마음을 지녀야 하며 이 부요한 보화들을 남에게 나누기 위해서도 우리의 마음이 열려야 한다.

We are to have an open heart to receive the rich treasures of heaven, and our hearts are to be opened to let those rich treasures out to others.

우리는 그리스도 안에 거할 필요가 있다.

Oh, we need to abide in Christ,

그럴 때 우리는 끊임없이 통하는 수로(水路)가 되어 하나님께서 당신의 은혜로운 영을 우리의 형제들과 이 세상에 전달하시는 통로가 된다.…

then we will be a constant channel through which God will communicate to our brethren and to the world His own gracious Spirit.

우리가 자신의 구원에 대한 명백하고 확실한 보증을 얻게 되면 기쁨과 즐거움이 드러날 것인데, 이는 예수 그리스도를 따르는 모든 이가 다 그러할 것이다.

When we have an assurance which is bright and clear of our own salvation, we shall exhibit cheerfulness and joyfulness, which becomes every follower of Jesus Christ.

하나님의 사랑의 부드럽고도 복종시키는 감화가 실생활에 옮겨질 때에 우리 마음은 생명에서 생명에 이르게 하는 향기를 풍기게 된다.

The softening, subduing influence of the love of God, brought into practical life, will make impressions upon minds that will be a savor of life unto life.

그러나 만일 가혹하고 비난하는 정신이 나타난다면 그것은 많은 사람을 진리에서 떠나게 하여 사탄의 반열에 들어가게 할 것이다.

But a harsh, denunciatory spirit, if manifested, will turn many souls away from the truth into the ranks of the enemy.

이 얼마나 엄숙한 생각인가!

Solemn thought!

시험당하는 자들을 인내로 대하고자 한다면 우리는 자신과 더불어 싸울 필요가 있다.

To deal patiently with the tempted requires us to battle with self.

그러나 하나님께서는 우리에게 예수님을 주셨고 그분을 개인의 구주로 삼고, 믿음

으로 모든 하늘은 우리의 명령에 따르게 되었다.

But God has given Jesus to us, and believing on Him as our personal Saviour, all heaven is at our command.

우리 주위의 사면에는 그리스도께서 값으로 사신 소유물이 있다.

The purchased possession of Christ is around us on every hand.

사면에는 궁핍과 비참한 것과 죄가 있다.

There is want, there is wretchedness and sin on every side.

“너희가 거저 받았으니 거저 주라.”

"Freely ye have received, freely give."

상하고 메마른 심령을 위해

"Oh, hearts are bruised, dead,

헐벗고 싸늘한 가정을 위해

And homes are bare and cold,

우리를 떠나 길 잃은 양을 위해

그들을 위해 목자는 피를 흘린다.

And lambs for whom the Shepherd bled,

Are straying from the fold.

포로 된 자를 풀어 주라.

"The captives to release,

잃은 자를 하나님께로 데려오라.

To God the lost to bring,

생명과 평강의 길을 가르치라.

To teach the way of life and peace,

이것이 그리스도께서 하신 일이라.

It is a Christlike thing."
