I saw a rat appearing in Seoul!

The rat that appeared as summer approaches

Is it trying to deliver some disease to Seoul?

On a day when I dream of a world achieving an era of peace and prosperity

If viewed with a mindless mind, it is forgotten,

but if viewed with the silence of deep contemplation,

I see it as having appeared to deliver a terrifying disease.

Using the dream of summer coming,

I am watching it emerge, sticking its head out of the rat hole where it had been crouching all this time

and screaming,

but it is invisible to the eyes of those who have no interest.

I spoke to a young woman passing by on the street,

and looking at me, she said, "I am not an American." Judging by the words spoken, it appears they were engaging in propaganda:

Do not say you are an American in Seoul, Korea.

I believe they were carrying out such propaganda.

The fact that being an American is dangerous in Korea implies that Americans do not gain favor in Seoul.

It is a nature akin to a cuckoo laying its eggs in another bird's nest.

As one can learn by investigating who they are,

they are those who fail to properly reflect on their own existence,

and are laying their own eggs in someone else's house.

The fact that even the titmouse has come to realize that their country is none other than America.

Yet, they still haven't come to their senses.

A country that gives all kinds of food to its own home.

The ones who came to know such a country are precisely

those who intend to invoke martial law and exercise force.

Because of them, a declaration to protect one's own home was made.

The rat that appeared on the day such a declaration was to be made.

I do not know the reason for the rat's appearance, but

an inquiry into properly reflecting on the existence of humans.

What is the rat leaving behind for humans?

What is spreading disease? We must stop the disease that rats

carry.

If there is a poison said to eat rats,

it is said to be cats, but I have witnessed cats avoiding rats,

and yet, because Seoul cats cannot catch Seoul rats,

they do not live in sewers or dirty places,

and are said to be rats that have come to live in apartment houses.

If we are not expelling the rats that appeared before the rainy season in Seoul,

we must stop the disease that rats spread.

If we fail to stop it,

such a strange disease might spread in Seoul,

so we must properly reflect on the reason why rats appeared.

There is a legend of rats on the banks of the Nile River in Germany,

but while there is no riverbank in the Han River where rats might appear,

it is truly fortunate,

though we cannot definitively say it is,

the news conveying that the US military is withdrawing troops from Germany,

and the attempt to forget that day,

appears to reflect on human existence,
