◈ 모집분야   (업무내용)	- Deliver the agreed monthly and annual sales revenue targets by account and segments. - Understand segment needs and competitive landscape as well as follow competitor moves - Develop segment-specific value proposition & tailored solutions and work closely with marketing team. - Monitor and manage the customer credit conditions and their receivables in order to minimize the business risk - Build strong long-term relationships with designated agencies and clients so that Merck is considered as a best partner for their business success - Report accurate and regular forecasts and business updates to upper management - Advise dealers and distributor on Merck\'s polices and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.

◈ 지원자격	- University / Life Science or chemistry-related area (prefer life science) - Min 5 yrs experiences in sales, marketing, or R&D,in Academia industry - Experience and understanding of the Academia market and applications - Experience of AR management the knowledge about putting up collateral - Experience in managing distribution channel - Good knowledge about Academia industry and its related business - Strong self-management and negotiation skills - Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with internal & external customers - Proven team player with exceptional international and communication skills - Active contribution and networking - Service mentality and providing quality service - Confidence and influence strategy - Sales experience in Boiscience or University market is highly preferred - Good at speaking and writing in English
