경과보고: 이수진 총무이사

-  제5차 정기이사회가 ‘23년10월7일 12시 한인회관 여성회사무실에서 있었다                 

-  9월16일 중국커뮤니티주관한 다민족 페스티벌에서 Holy Trinity Cathedral에서

  여성회 부채춤 공연하다.

-  9월 23일 7th Nepalese Multi Ethnic dance Festival 에서 여성회에서

 사물놀이 공연과 부채춤, 홀로아리랑 공연이 하다 .

-  9월 30일 Dominion Rd Full Moon Festival.에서 여성회에서 

  Opening Ceremony에서 강강수월래를 하고 사물놀이와 홀로아리랑을 공연하다.

  소림면옥에서 한국무용팀과 사물놀이팀 공연 후 식사하면서 미팅 갖다.

-  10월7일 제 5차 여성회 이사회에서 사물놀이 염미애강사에게 감사패를 수여하다

-  11월11일 한인회주최 한국참전용사 보은행사에 김은희회장 참석하다.

-. 재외동포청에 2023년도 재외동포단체 지원 결과보고서 제출 준비중이다.

-  캄퓨터반과 영어읽기반 재봉반 펀딩 준비중이다.

-      12월6일 Papatoetoe Santa Parade에 한국무용반과 사물놀이팀 공연할 예정이다.

-      2024년 2월부터 매달 첫째 화요일 오후2시-5시까지 75세 이상 무료영정사진 찍어 인화까지 해 드리기 –

2023 6th Regular Board Meeting of the Korean Women's Association of New Zealand Directors

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who helped us in both material and spiritual ways, including the Overseas Koreans Office, Lottery, COGS, Auckland Creative, Auckland council, teachers of each class, and class presidents of each class.

-Progress Report: General Affairs Director Sujin Lee

- The 5th regular board meeting was held at the Korean Community Center Women's Office on October 7, 2023 at 12 o'clock. September 16th at Holy Trinity Cathedral at the multi-ethnic festival hosted by the Chinese community.
Korean Women's Association of NZ's fan dance performance.

- September 23rd at the Women’s Association at the 7th Nepalese Multi Ethnic dance Festival
   There are Samulnori performances, fan dances, and Holo Arirang performances.

- September 30th at the Women's Club at the Dominion Rd Full Moon Festival.
  At the Opening Ceremony, Ganggangsoowolae was performed and Samulnori and Holo Arirang were performed.
  After the performance of the Korean dance team and Samulnori team at Sorim Myeonok, we had a meeting while eating.

- On October 7th, a plaque of appreciation was awarded to Samulnori instructor Yeom Mi-ae at the 5th Women’s Association Board of Directors meeting.

- On November 11, President Kim Eun-hee attended the Korean Veterans’ Relief Service held by the Korean Association.

-. We are preparing to submit a report on the results of support for overseas Korean organizations in 2023 to the Office of Overseas Koreans.

- We are preparing funding for computer classes, English reading classes, and sewing classes.

Agenda

- The Korean dance group and Samulnori team are scheduled to perform at the Papatoetoe Santa Parade on December 6th.

- Starting February 2024, we will take and print free portrait photos for people over 75 years of age from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on the 2nd Tuesday of every month -

- 2 days and 1 night workshop in early February 2024 - Please make a business plan for next year.

** The head of each KakaoTalk room is the head of each class and is expected to report issues to the president and discuss communication.

  We gave a bottle of Church Road wine to each of the directors who attended today.

 We will also give a bottle of Church Road wine to everyone who performs at the Papatoetoe Santa Parade.
