This speech seems to be the last one before joining marine. So, it is valuable time for me.
Let me start my speech!
Frist of all, I'll deliver a speech about the meaning of exercise toxicosis. Do you know about it? (Have you ever heard of this word?) There are many people who take a lot of exercise saying that their feeling is changed to happy mood during the exercise and after that. The main reason is because of '베타 엔돌핀ꡐ. ꡑ베타 엔돌핀ꡐ is made in our body as nerve substance. The effect is several times stronger than analgesic. When we take exercise, we could be tired and feel pain of joint. At this time, 베타 엔돌핀 can reduce those kinds of things. It is similar with drugs. So after the exercise, we can get rid of stress easily and feel so good. If you experience this feeling more and more, you can not stop taking exercise. It's a exercise toxicosis.
There are four special features about exercise toxicosis.
First, the life is controled by the exercise.
Let me suppose my case. I take exercise from 4 to 6pm and then go to club activity in normal life. But someday, I can not take exercise. Because of another things. I'll take exercise at 6pm even though I should go club activity. Like this, exercise controls your life and exercise is nucleus of the life.
Second, if you have exercise toxicosis, you should take exercise everyday.
If I haven't finished a day's work today, I should reduce my time for sleeping and I should take exercise even though It's time to sleep. If the people who have exercise toxicosis didn't do the day's work, they will feel anxiety and have a guilty conscience from themselves.
Third, if they hurt their body, they will take exercise forcibly.
When I was high school student, I had played basketball with my friends. While I was playing basketball, I had hurted my ankle terribly. At that Time, I didn't feel pain, so I played the game continuously. But after the game. I could not walk, because of big pain. Many exercise addicts take exercise with terrible pain. In case of that, they will have a malady if the pain is accumulated.
Fourth, exercise addicts think of only exercise.
When I take exercise in health club, my family want to eat out with me. But while my family wait for me, I concentrate on taking exercise. But, All I want to do is only taking exercise more and more. This time was short to me, on the other hands it may be boring to my family. In the end, exercise addicts can not stop exercise and reduce the amount of exercise by themselves.
Until now I have delivered speech about exercise toxicosis. From know on I'll explain that how we prevent from exercise toxicosis.
First, when you take exercise, don't make an amount of goal and take exercise violently. Just enjoy it.
Second, if you take exercise regularly, you should grasp your amount of exercise moderately.
I'll make a conclusion. Korea has a issue about increasing of cancer, diabetes and fatness until now. So many people take a lot of exercise. And then exercise addicts have improved. You should keep your own health by yourself. Let's love our body.
