시중군자 덩더쿵 모여들때 알게되리

孤山下(고산하)에 대덕사 숨어들어 찾아보니

작은연못 연잎속 금붕어만 한가한데

숲속고요 숨쉼이 호연지기 불러내네

외진소리 자동차 바퀴굴려 소음내다

산새에게 들키니 새울음에 미안쿠나

작은시내 흐르는 물소리도 숨죽이네

丙午(병오)열기 지구촌 달구어져 야단이라

미국이나 프랑스 이른혹서 보도러니

초여름날 간방땅 우리나라 해당찮네

朱子川(주자천)을 지나서 정천땅에 머물다가

顔川所在(안천소재) 요리집 점심시간 채우고서

용담호반 일주로 세간마귀 지우려네

삼산미산 더불어 금오산에 오르던날

허락잖는 산길로 험난하게 보냈노라

가는사람 붙잡아 이리저리 시험하네

금까마귀 숨어서 목우당주 일체러라

삼십년전 사연이 가슴한켠 자리하니

몰래하던 암장이 드러내어 어줍잖네

백보걷기 오르막 숨소리는 커지는데

오십보를 더하여 쉬어가는 노인네라

사오십대 산보길 이젯날엔 험로로다

The union of Yin and Yang is achieved by Suwonyeo; sentient beings seeking faith knowing the hidden principles will realize it when the noble gentlemen of the court gather together in rhythm.

Hiding and searching for Daedeoksa Temple beneath the solitary mountain, I find only goldfish at leisure among the lotus leaves in the small pond; the quiet breathing of the forest calls forth a noble spirit.

The noise of rolling car wheels in the secluded area is discovered by mountain birds; I feel apologetic to their cries; even the sound of the small stream flowing holds its breath.

The heat of Byeong-o heats up the entire globe, causing a commotion; while America and France have reported early scorching heat, this early summer weather in our country is no exception.

Passing Jujacheon, to the land of Jeongcheon After lingering,

filling up the lunch hour at the restaurant in Ancheon,

I intend to cast away the demons of the world by circling the shores of Yongdam Lake.

On the day I climbed Mt. Geumosan together with the Three Mountains and Beautiful Mountains,

I spent that day arduously on the forbidden mountain paths,

Holding back those passing by, I test them this way and that.

A golden crow hides, acting as the master of Mogudang;

A story from thirty years ago lingers in a corner of my heart,

So the secretive secrets I once practiced are now revealed, looking rather clumsy.

My breathing grows louder on the uphill climb of a hundred steps,

But I am an old man resting after adding fifty more steps;

The walking path of my forties and fifties is now a treacherous trail.
