제 34형......貧窮(빈궁)......가난하고 궁핍함......第361事

   From 34 : Bingung(貧窮,빈궁 -Poverty)... Being poor and destitute... Case 361.

가난함은 스스로를 보호하지 못하게 되며 궁함은 스스로를 존립하지 못하게 한다.

  Poverty makes one unable to protect oneself, 

  and destitution leaves one unable to sustain oneself.

이를 면하려 하여도 살아 있는 한 면함을 얻지 못한다.

  Even if one sseeks to escaps it, one cannot gain exemption for as ling as one lives.

貧不自保하고 窮不自存하니 (빈부자보하고 궁부자존하니)

  Being poor, one cannot protect oneself; being destitute, one cannot sustain oneself.

欲免이나 終身不得이니라. (욕면이나 종신부득이니라.)

  Though one desires to escape it, one cannot achieve freedom from it all through life.
