Buying tickets as a foreigner

Hi, I don’t live in South Korea and I’m unfortunately a bit overwhelmed with buying tickets for one of the two events on 12/2 or 12/3 in Seoul. I missed registering as a fan cafe regular member by 10/22. Does that mean I can't participate in the presale and can't buy tickets until 11/7? Where do I have to buy this tickets, is it only possible via the global melon ticket site?

Tickets can be purchased overseas only on the global site. If you have not registered as a regular member, you can only purchase tickets through general reservation.
