Product Line Manager |
The role of the Assistant Product Line Manager is to assist and support the creative team and process in developing innovative new products within the portfolio including concept, local product range plan and prototype development. |
Responsibilities |
- Work collectively with Sales and design team to develop products by identifying and interpreting new trends or product opportunities to meet market needs - Manage and co-work with internal/external designers to maximize design talents and resources - Manage and populate dates for Merchandising Calendar - Lead program launches and manage multiple projects to ensure adherence to timelines - Responsible for meeting market budgets, understanding and evaluating margins and collaborating with vendors for best quality product - Research new trends to fully understand impact on market - Coordinate salesmen samples and develop sales tools (sell sheets and catalogs) - Work with brand design on photo-shoots and catalog approvals - Responsible for building swatch charts, targeting markets, fabrications, colors - Collaborate with suppliers to maximize and understand production capabilities and make decisions accordingly - Understand and leverage the specific and competitive environment - Pursue initiatives which strengthen the overall equity/strategic differentiation of the brand - Balance the need for speed with risk and ensure timely operations |
Sales Business Unit Manager |
The purpose of the role is to is to provide leadership in the effort that builds brand excellence into competitive advantage through specific management of SBU initiatives in, but not limited to, marketing, sales, design and operations. |
Responsibilities |
- Developing and executing annual market objectives and translates objectives into a plan that produces growth and defends the premier position in the designated market place - Manage operations team in creating and executing operational efficiencies - Manages SBU through integrated efforts to better service and develop wholesale accounts and retail partners while reaching SBU objectives through all communications, advertising, retail and event strategies and execution - Manage sales and marketing budgets and spending - Implements, manages and executes strategic partnerships - Assist in the development of incremental business through new product launches - Assist in the development of new business opportunities with regards to licensing opportunities and new market penetration - Cultivate and maintain relationships with cultural icons - Monitor, analyze and recommend appropriate channels for distribution |
Junior Designer |
The Junior Designer is responsible for the organization, streamlining, processing, and the creation of production spec sheets for all APAC orders. |
Responsibilities |
Organize work flow according to ship dates and priorities Create streamlined and efficient turnaround time per ship date Create spec sheets for new artwork consisting of sequencing logos Analyze existing tape instruction sheets for proper graphics, lettering & coloring. Accurately and quickly build spec cards To process edits in a timely and accurate manner Assist APAC management with regard to spec creations and questions as needed. Assist in any design project when requested Lead in maintaining all league logos Research and implement automated methods Create and maintain a work environment conducive with the New Era philosophy |
