<p>Parents at a preschool in Oregeon are reeling after immigration officers arrested a father in the school's parking lot Tuesday.</p><p>ICE says Officers tried to arrest Mahdi Khanbabazadeh, a 38 years old Chiropractor and citizen of Iran at a traffic stop.</p><p>They said he asked to finish the drop-off</p><p>When they got to the school in Beaverton, they say he did not cooperate.</p><p>Witnesses and ICE say officers broke a car window to arrest him</p><p>ICE says it detainted him because he overstayed his visa.</p><p>His wife says he always maintained lawful status</p><p>The company that oversees the Montesorri School says the event is deeply upsetting.</p><p>I'm Julie Walker.</p>
