 I'll never forget when my family arrived in Melbourne. My first experience was a really strange one.

My family had to rent a house as soon as possible but, it was a really difficult situation for us.

Because we didn't know about how to rent a house and my english skill was very poor.

At last, we had a house and we're charged for three months rent money because we don't have

any references in Melbourne.

My husband and I thought sandringham is a good area so, quickly signed with contact. After a

couple of days, some problems happened. When my children saw that house they said;

'it seems like it is haunted by ghosts' becuse that house was too old and unclean.

Since then, My husband and I had a evil dreams every night. We began to worry about our children.

Our family felt very terrible. I'm not superstitious but, we were very much concerned about that house.

After that, we decided about not to live in that house despite the loss of rent money. At the moment

my husband sent a letter to landlord by real estate agent. Fortunately, landlord understood our thinking.

Then, we received the rent money. One week late we had a rent to another house and it was really

clean and in a peaceful area.

From this experience, I realized that I must be careful when I making an important decision.

It was a very worthy lesson for me.

How lucky you are!!^^ Theseday, I heard that rent fee is too expensive in Australia. So I always worry about it. I have to get many useful imformation for renting house..

it depends on the suburb. anyway, you have to prepared for anything before apply the house.
