부인도 자식도 없이 외롭게 오른쪽 팔이 잘려 나간 것 같은 한 몸이
동쪽에서 부는 회오리 바람에 말려 서쪽으로 떨어지게 된다.

  Having neither wife nor children, a lonely body―like one with its right arm severed― is

  swept up by a whirlwind blowing from the east and cast down into the west.

無妻無子하여 孤孑一身이 東飄西零이니라. (무처무자하여  고혈일신이   동표서령이니라.

  Without wife or children, a solitary and lonely body drifts eastward and wanderss weatward.

 [Explanation, 풀이]

정성이 없으면 하늘이 도와주지 않으니 하늘에서 자식을 주지 않고 배우자 마저 빼앗는다.

  Without sincerity, Heaven does not grant aid;

  Heaven withholds children and even takes away one′s sspousee.

그럼에도 정성이 없다면 누군들 구제할 수 있겠는가?
  If one still lacks sincerity despite this, who on earth could possibly save them?
