Qualification:
-Entry level of HR & General Administration.
-Payroll duties and updates payroll records for a small organization.
-Review and report time collection, vacation, and leave time.
-Administer benefits programs.
-Coordinates internal & external training.
-Able to assists in general recruiting duties.
-Assist MBO set up process
-Able to administer general office operation.
-Assists with expense reporting, budget planning.
-Able to coordinates travel arrangements for business travel and visitors.
-Able to communicate and report regularly to manager with general employee matters.
-Coordinates internal and external meetings and records meeting minutes.
-Have at least 1~ 2 years of working experience in HR or Admin department.
