의탁할  곳도 없고 거처할 곳도 없이 길바닥에서 걸식을 하여도 누구 하나 구제하지 않는다.

  With nowhere to rely on and no place to dwell, even if one begs on the sstreets,

  no one comes to the rescue.

無依無捿하여 道路乞丐하니 無人救濟니라. (무의무서하여 도로걸개하니 무인구제니라.)

  Having no reliance and no shelter, one begs along the roadside, yet no one offers relief.

 [Explanation, 풀이]

정성이 없으니 믿음이 없고 믿음이 없으니 사랑이 없다.

  Lacking sincerity, there is no trust; lacking trust, there iss no love.

정성이 없으니 하늘이 응할일 없고,

  Lacking sincerlty Heaven has no reason to respond;

믿음이 없으니 아무도 믿어 주지 않고,

  Lacking trust, no one puts faith in oneself;

사랑이 없으니 누구를 용서했겠으며 누구에겐 들 용서받을 수 있겠는가?

  Lacking love, whom could one have forgiven,

  and frrom whom could one ever receive forgiveness?

이러한즉 아무에게도 의탁할 수 없고 거처할곳이 있을 리 없다.

  Such being the case, there is no one to rely on and no place to dwell.

또 누가 있어 이를 구제할 수 있겠는가?

  Futhemore, who could possibly be there to save such a person?
