티렉스(T-Rex) 등 꾸준하게 3륜 바이크를 만들어온 캄파냐 모터스는 할리데이비슨에 탑재되는 1250cc 엔진을 얹어 122마력의 파워를 자랑하는 'V13R' 3륜 바이크를 선보였다. 이는 국산 경차인 모닝(82마력)보다 출력이 높으며 일반 소형차와 비슷한 수준이다.

V13R은 매년 3월 열리는 '데이토나 바이크 위크'에서 처음 공개됐으며, 전문가는 물론 일반인들 사이에서도 좋은 반응을 얻고 있어 주문이 폭주  

2008파리 모터쇼에서 선보인 푸조의 컨셉 3륜 하이브리드 오토바이.
배기량은 125cc의 휘발류 엔진과 앞바퀴에 달린 2개의 전기모터로 주행한다.
휘발류 엔진에는 슈퍼차저가 장착되어있다. 엔진이 20마력,
전기모터 2개가 9마력, 그래서 총 최대출력은 29마력이 된다.

STOP & START등의 하이브리드 기술로 연비가 상당히 좋은데,
리터당 50km를 간다고 한다. 제로백(0-100k/h) 가속성능은 11.2초,
최고속도는 110km/h.출력도 좋고, 연비도 좋고, 지붕이 있어서
좋고, 스쿠터 형태로 운전하기 편하고 실용성이 높다

도시형 저연료소비차(Compact Low Emission Vehicle for Urban Transport) 'CLEVER'

A new clever urban vehicle

 Clever stands for Compact Low Emission Vehicle for Urban Transportation. Behind this abbreviation we see a moving concept for the urban individual mobility of the future.

 

Clever was developed at the Technical University of Berlin with subsidies of the European Union. The aims of the constructing engineers was to create a car with a gasoline consumption of 2,5l and a weight not more than 400kg which equals half the heaviness of an average compact car. Two people find space to sit.

 
The Technical University of Berlin, Institute for Land and Sea Transport has developed the Clever Project with the help of partners, amongst them the BMW Group. The trike runs on a 20hp natural-gas engine constructed by BMW. It needs seven seconds to accelerate from 0 to 40 mph. The limit speed is 65 mph. 
 

 

The CLEVER was designed by the Technical University of Berlin, which together with a number of partners, including BMW, wanted to develop a type of vehicle that would be suitable for urban use. The result was a low emissions, three wheeled, two person vehicle that can tilt around corners, and look quite stylish doing it.

The CLEVER, which stands for compact low emission vehicle for urban transport, is 3 meters long and 1 meter wide. It weighs less than 400kg, and combined with the fact that it is powered by natural gas, will give you around 60g/km (compared to 100 g/km for a small vehicle). The top speed is 100kph, and it has an acceleration of 0-60kph in about 7 seconds.

Unlike the Smera, the CLEVER is unlikely to go into production any time soon, as it was intended to be more of an exploratory model, rather than a full solution. We’re definitely hoping that some of the research in this design shows up in some form or another soon.
