Good evening everyone.

The Old Testament reading for Sunday worship will be Psalm 100 and the New Testament reading is John 15:5.The text for my sermon is Ephesians 1:15-23 and the title for my sermon is “The Eyes of Your Heart” – English vocabulary for my sermon: glorious, wisdom, revelation, enlighten(ed), inheritance, incomparable, exerted, realms, dominion, appointed, fulness.

We will also have our monthly communion service.  

안녕하세요, 여러분.

주일 예배를 위한 구약 성경 읽기는 시편 100편이 될 것이고 신약 성경 읽기는 요한복음 15:5입니다.

제 설교의 본문은 에베소서 1장 15-23절이고, 제 설교의 제목은 "당신의 마음의 눈"입니다.

제 설교를 위한 영어 어휘: 영광, 지혜, 계시, 깨달음(ed), 상속, 비교할 수 없는 것, 행함, 권세, 임명, 충만함.

우리는 또한 매달 성찬식을 가질 것이다.

시편 100편

Psalm 100 

1. 온 땅이여 여호와께 즐거운 찬송을 부를지어다

Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth.

2. 기쁨으로 여호와를 섬기며 노래하면서 그의 앞에 나아갈지어다

Worship the LORD with gladness;

come before him with joyful songs.

3. 여호와가 우리 하나님이신 줄 너희는 알지어다 그는 우리를 지으신 이요 우리는 그의 것이니 그의 백성이요 그의 기르시는 양이로다

Know that the LORD is God.

It is he who made us, and we are his;

we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.

4. 감사함으로 그의 문에 들어가며 찬송함으로 그의 궁정에 들어가서 그에게 감사하며 그의 이름을 송축할지어다

Enter his gates with thanksgiving

and his courts with praise;

give thanks to him and praise his name.

5. 여호와는 선하시니 그의 인자하심이 영원하고 그의 성실하심이 대대에 이르리로다

For the LORD is good and his love endures forever;

his faithfulness continues through all generations.

요한복음 15장5절

John 15:5

5. 나는 포도나무요 너희는 가지라 그가 내 안에, 내가 그 안에 거하면 사람이 열매를 많이 맺나니 나를 떠나서는 너희가 아무 것도 할 수 없음이라

“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.

에베소서 1장15~23

Ephesians 1:15-23 

15. ○이로 말미암아 주 예수 안에서 너희 믿음과 모든 성도를 향한 사랑을 나도 듣고

For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all Godʼs people,

16. 내가 기도할 때에 기억하며 너희로 말미암아 감사하기를 그치지 아니하고

I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers.

17. 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 하나님, 영광의 아버지께서 지혜와 계시의 영을 너희에게 주사 하나님을 알게 하시고

I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.

18. 너희 마음의 눈을 밝히사 그의 부르심의 소망이 무엇이며 성도 안에서 그 기업의 영광의 풍성함이 무엇이며

I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people,

19. 그의 힘의 위력으로 역사하심을 따라 믿는 우리에게 베푸신 능력의 지극히 크심이 어떠한 것을 너희로 알게 하시기를 구하노라

and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength

20. 그의 능력이 그리스도 안에서 역사하사 죽은 자들 가운데서 다시 살리시고 하늘에서 자기의 오른편에 앉히사

he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms,

21. 모든 통치와 권세와 능력과 주권과 이 세상뿐 아니라 오는 세상에 일컫는 모든 이름 위에 뛰어나게 하시고

far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.

22. 또 만물을 그의 발 아래에 복종하게 하시고 그를 만물 위에 교회의 머리로 삼으셨느니라

And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church,

23. 교회는 그의 몸이니 만물 안에서 만물을 충만하게 하시는 이의 충만함이니라

which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.
