81과 세상의 빛

1 오늘 복습을 위한 우리의 개념들입니다:

[61] "나는 세상의 빛이다."

2 내가 얼마나 신성한 지요, 세상을 밝힐 역할이 나에게 주어졌으니! 나의 신성함 앞에 내가 잠잠하게 하소서. 나의 신성함의 고요한 빛 안에서 모든 나의 갈등이 사라지게 하소서. 나의 신성함의 평화 속에서 내가 누구인지 기억하게 하소서.

3 구체적인 어려움이 일어나는 것처럼 보일 때, 개념을 적용하는 데 있어서 몇 가지 구체적 형태는 아래와 같습니다:

4 "내안에 있는 세상의 빛을 내가 흐리지 않게 하소서."

"세상의 빛이 이 모습을 통해서 빛나게 하소서."

"이 그림자는 빛 앞에서 사라질 것이다."

[62] "용서는 세상의 빛으로서의 나의 역할이다."

5 내 안에 있는 빛을 보게 될 것은 나의 역할을 받아들이는 것에 의해서 입니다. 그리고 이 빛 안에서 나의 역할은 나의 시야 앞에 뚜렷하고 완벽히 흐리지 않게 설 것입니다. 나의 받아들임은 나의 역할이 무엇인지에 대한 나의 인지에 달려 있지 않습니다. 왜냐하면 나는 아직 용서를 이해하지 못하기 때문입니다. 그러나 빛 안에서 나는 그것을 있는 그대로 볼 것이라는 것을 신뢰할 것입니다.

6 개념을 이용하는 구체적 형태는 아래와 같습니다:

7 "이것이 용서가 의미하는 것을 배우는 데 도움이 되게 하소서."

"내가 나의 역할을 나의 뜻으로부터 분리하지 않게 하소서."

Lesson 81

1 Our ideas for review today are:

[61] I am the light of the world.

2 How holy am I, who have been given the function of lighting up the world! Let me be still before my holiness. In its calm light, let all my conflicts disappear. In its peace, let me remember who I am.

3 Some specific forms for applying the idea when specific difficulties seem to arise might be:

4 Let me not obscure the light of the world in me.
Let the light of the world shine through this appearance.
This shadow will vanish before the light.

[62] Forgiveness is my function as the light of the world.

5 It is through accepting my function that I will see the light in me. And in this light will my function stand clear and perfectly unambiguous before my sight. My acceptance does not depend on my recognizing what my function is, for I do not yet understand forgiveness. Yet I will trust that in the light I will see it as it is.

6 Specific forms for using the idea might include:

7 Let this help me learn what forgiveness means.
Let me not separate my function from my will.
I would not use this for an alien purpose.
