- 부서: Claims (손해사정부)

1. Job Responsibility

1. Junior TA Claim Adjuster

2. Ensures that US medical claims are processed and paid in accordance with policy and rules

3. Establish and maintain a high level of positive working relationship with internal and external

4. Ensure satisfaction with claims services.

5. Maintain liaison with UHI and other Vendors with urgent matters and claims issues.

6. Coordinates with adjusters and representative of other departments on such administrative matters. 

7. Keeps Manager informed of all activities

2. Job Requirements

1. University Graduate

2. Bilingual in English and Korean 

3. Knowledge of insurance industry and claim process preferred

4. Experience in insurance industry and multinational (US) company preferred

5. Excellent communicator-written and verbal.

6. Good interpersonal skills

7. Customer service focus and team player

8. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task priorities

9. High proficiency computer skills in MS Office and application
