We would like to inform you of the updated guidelines for the renewed Park Eun-Bin Official Fan Cafe. Please read the following carefully.
1. Nickname Rules
① Nickname Length
Korean: Minimum 2~ Maximum 8 characters
English: Minimum 4~ Maximum 14 letters
(A combination of Korean and English is allowed, up to 14 characters total. Other foreign languages are not permitted)
② Any nickname containing "Eunbin" or any name that could be mistaken for actress Park Eun-Bin is prohibited
(ex. 박은빈, 은빈, PARKEUNBIN, EUNBIN, 은빈이, 은비니, 은빈사랑해, 은빈좋아, 박은빈최고, etc.)
③ Nicknames that could make you appear to be affiliated with NAMOOACTORS are prohibited
(ex. NAMOOACTORS, manager, staff, Kim Namoo, etc)
④ Your nickname must not contain any part of your real name.
(ex.  If your name is [김남우], nicknames such as 김남, 남우, or NAMOO are not allowed
⑤ No special characters, Chinese characters, emojis or spaces are allowed
⑥ A nickname cannot consist only of numbers
(Numbers may be used together with Korean or English letters.)
⑦ Nicknames consisting solely of consonants or vowels are not allowed
⑧ Profanity, slang, vulgar expressions, or any controversial wording is prohibited
⑨ Nicknames related to other celebrities or their fan clubs are not allowed
* If your nickname violates any of the above rules, your membership level-up request will not be approved.
* You may change your nickname after your membership has been upgraded. However, if you change it to one that violates these rules, your membership will be downgraded to Associate Member (준회원) without prior notice.
 
2. Rules for the Use of Forms of Address
① Use appropriate forms of address when referring to the actress in Korean
-            Acceptable forms: ~ Actor/Actress, Unni, Noona, Yang, Nim, and Ssi
(Not applicable when you write in English)
② Use the same form of address for all fan cafe members
-            Acceptable forms: Bingo or Bingo-Nim (Do not address members by their nicknames)
* If you use informal forms of address, any posts will be returned without prior notice, and any comments will be deleted without prior notice.
 
3. Post Title Rules
① Using only special characters, emojis, Korean consonants or vowels by themselves are not allowed
② Do not use informal language
③  Do not include profanity, vulgar expressions, or slang in post title
* Any post title that violates these rules will be returned without notice.
 
4. Rules for Posts and Comments
① Do not post unverified speculation, rumors, or any content that may cause controversy
② Do not post messages that target, criticize, or provoke other members
(This includes posts that use negative language, sarcasm, or any other expressions intended to create conflict among members)
③ Do not post any content containing the actress's personal information or private life
④ Do not impersonate the actress.
⑤ Do not post messages that pressure, urge, or make demands of the actress.
⑥ In the Free Talk and BINGO Talk board, personal posts unrelated to the actress are strictly prohibited
(Posts considered to be about your private life will be returned without notice)
⑦ Do not use informal language
⑧ Do not use profanity, vulgar language, slang, or post defamatory comments
⑨ Do not mention other celebrities or other fan clubs
(This includes indirect references, initials, or comparisons)
⑩ Do not mention or promote other websites
(Violations will result in immediate removal from the fan club, regardless of membership status)
 ⑪ Do not post commercial advertisements, promotional content, or sexually explicit material.

⑫ Do not spam the board by posting three or more duplicate posts on the same page (based on the PC version)
 ⑬ Do not create empty posts or posts containing only photos without any written content
 ⑭ Do not use the poll feature
⑮ Posts for transferring, selling, or exchanging items or tickets are prohibited
* Any post that violates these rules will be returned without notice, and any comment that violates these rules will be deleted without notice.
* If you accumulate two returned posts and/or deleted comments, your membership will be downgraded to Associate Member (준회원) without prior notice.
* Depending on the severity of the violation, your account may be temporarily suspended or permanently removed from the fan club.
 
5. Rules for Uploading Photos and Videos
① When uploading non-official photos or videos from external sources, you must clearly credit the original source
② Official materials that are permitted to be shared without attribution are exempt from this requirement
③ Do not upload illegally leaked photos, videos, or other materials
④ Do not upload any content related to the actress's private life, except for content that
⑤ Do not upload edited or manipulated images (fan edits) that inappropriately alter or composite the actress's likeness
⑥ Do not post photos or videos from unofficial schedules or eyewitness sightings, including links to such content.
(Official schedules are those posted on the NAMOOACTORS website or in the official fan cafe schedule)
* Any post that violates these rules will be returned without notice.
* If you accumulate two returned posts and/or deleted comments, your membership will be downgraded to Associate Member (준회원) without prior notice.
* Depending on the severity of the violation, your account may be temporarily suspended or permanently removed from the fan club.
 
6. Prohibition on Financial Transactions and Sharing Personal Information
① Buying, selling, or exchanging items involving money is prohibited.
② Do not post any personal information that could reveal your identity, including:
Phone numbers, home addresses, contact information, age, personal photos
(This also applies to secret comments)
* Any post that violates these rules will be returned without notice, and any comment that violates these rules will be deleted without notice.
* Depending on the severity of the violation, your account may be temporarily suspended or permanently removed from the fan club.
③ Do not use your own photo as your profile picture.
* Members using a personal photo as their profile picture will not be eligible for membership level-up.
 
7. No Personal Networking Between Members
① Do not create posts or comments that specifically mention or single out another member.
② Do not exchange personal contact information with other members, including:
Phone numbers, personal website addresses, social media (SNS) account information, and any other personal contact details
③ Secret comments are prohibited, except in the following boards:
Membership Level-Up Request (등업신청)
Questions & Answers (질문답변)
Suggestions & Reports (건의신고)
* Any post that violates these rules will be returned without notice, and any comment that violates these rules will be deleted without notice.
④ Private messages (PMs) between members are prohibited.
* Members found exchanging private messages may have their fan cafe activities suspended.
 
8. No Sharing of Posts Outside the Fan Cafe
All posts and comments uploaded by Park Eun-Bin and NAMOOACTORS in the following boards are strictly prohibited from being shared outside the fan cafe or used to create secondary content:

This includes copying, reposting, distributing, translating, editing, or otherwise reproducing the content outside the fan cafe.
*  These boards contain exclusive content intended only for official fan cafe members and BINGO Generation members. Therefore, please do not disclose or share any posts, comments, or discussions related to these boards outside the fan cafe. We appreciate your cooperation in helping protect the privacy and exclusivity of this content.
