MUST
～임에 틀림없다			(흔히 must be) ≠ have to (반) can't be				She must be happy, for she is smiling. He said /that she had to be a fool. (X) It can't be true.
～해야한다			= /have to = /should = /ought to				He has to study English hard. He should study English hard. He ought to study English hard.
			(과거) had to (과거) must				He had to study English hard. He said /that he must go.				종속절에서 그대로 씀!
(must + 동작V)			(반) 약한금지 (반) 강한금지				/need not = don't have to /must not				～할 필요가 없다 ～해서는 안된다
must have pp			～했음에 틀림없다 (과거 확신)				It is certain /that he was rich. = He must have been rich.
should have pp = ought to have pp			～했어야 했는데.. (과거 /후회/유감)				You should have come earlier. = You ought to have come earlier.
							= I am sorry = I wish		/that you didn't come earlier. /that you had come earlier.
* ought (not) to			약한 should 의 뜻				You ought to come. = It is proper /that you should come.
Should
1. ～해야한다			You should obey your parents.
2. 이성적 판단 (해석 X)			It is 이성형용사 /that S (should) R /essential /right /proper /natural /necessary
3.감성적 판단(～ 하다니) (should 생략불가)			It is 감성형용사 /that S should R /strange /odd /surprising /a pity /regrettable /possible /주절에 must be, can't be ~
4. /주/요/명/제/소/결/충			S + V / X [ S + (should) + R ] /insist /demand /order /suggest, propose /desire /decide /advice
5. /노런티쇼 + Wh toR			= S + V / X [ S + (should) + R ] /know /learn /teach /show
6. lest ～ should for fear (that) should			/하지 않도록 하기 위해					He worked hard /lest /he should fail.
= so that ～ may not			= He worked hard /so that he might not fail.

can	추 측 허 가 능 력						Can it be true? Can I open the window? The birds can fly so well.
may	추 측 허 가 기 원						It may be fine tomorrow. You may go to the movies. May you succeed! @ Might you be happy!
may as well	～하는 게 더 낫다 = had better (not) = It would be better						You may as well meet him. = You'd better meet him. = It would be better /for you to meet him.
may well	당연히 ～하다 = It is natural that ～						= It is natural /that he is proud of his success.
강조의 do	바로 뒤 동사 강조!						He did study English. I did hear /what you heard.
used to R	과거 상태			～이있었다				There used to be a big tree.
	과거 규칙습관			～하곤했다				지금은 no longer (더이상 ～ 하지 않다)
	Ex) You'll see the thatched houses /Korean farmers used to live in.
be used to R	～하는 데 사용되다						It is used to take pictures.
be used to -ing	～에 익숙해 있다						I am used to taking pictures.
have	가지다 먹다		진행형 불가 진행형 가능				I have a book. I am having lunch now.
	have pp 사역동사		완료형				I have not been to Japan. I had my hair cut.
