As Gais moved into the blizzard, monsters began to appear from beyond the mountain range. Shapes twisted by frost and crystal filled the space between the snowflakes.

Gaisga lowered his body and drew up the electricity. Lightning wrapped around him, surging one after another into the blizzard.

Rising.

The current spread across the frozen ground, piercing through the monsters. The following electric rise split the darkness of the mountain range. The massive crystal bodies shook and collapsed as if convulsing.

He did not stop.

The dusk deepened amid the blizzard. The light beyond the mountain range grew dimmer, and more shapes emerged through the darkness.

Gais-ga took a deep breath and looked at them.

The snowfield cracked as lava surged forth. A fiery eruption swept over the ice monsters, the surface of the crystal cracking as boiling steam spread in all directions. The ice, melted to a blackness, slid down the slope.

Gais didn't miss the opportunity.
