「Bee Gees」가 영화 "Saturday Night Fever (토요일 밤의

열기)"의 O.S.T에 수록한 곡으로 빌 보드 Hot 100차트에서 무려

8주간이나 1위를 차지, 전 세계적으로 크게 사랑 받은 대박 히트

곡입니다.

특히 영화 O.S.T 앨범에 수록된「Bee Gees」의 3 곡 (Stayin'

Alive, How Deep Is Your Love, Night Fever)이 빌 보드

Hot 100차트의 1위를 순차적으로 휩쓸었으며, 앨범은 World

Wide Sales로 총 3,500만 장 이상의 판매고 라는 대 기록을

세웠는데, 이 곡은 Grammy Awards에서 Album of the

Year과 "Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with

Vocal"(베스트 팝 퍼포먼스) 부문의 수상의 영예도 함께 가질 수

있었습니다.

「Bee Gees」특유의 'Falsetto(가짜 소프라노)창법이 두드러지는

Disco 곡인 『Night Fever』는 오랜 시간이 지난 2004년,

Grammy에서 Hall of Fame(명예의 전당)에 입성했고, 2013년

3월 에는 "culturally, historically, or artistically significant."

(문화적으로, 역사적으로 또는 예술적으로 중요한) 이유로 Library

of Congress (議會 도서관)의 National Recording Registry에

영구 등재 되었습니다.
