2023년 7월15일 정점으로 폭우로 인해 가득메웠던 세종시 금강.

7월16일엔 많이 빠진 상황을 영상으로 담아보았다.

평소 강바닥을 준설해서 물주머니 크기를 크게 했으면 넘치지 않을 물량인데

지난 정부에서 강에 세운 댐(보)도 열어놓아 토사가 가득한 강이되다보니

물주머니 크기가 극히 적어져 이런 물난리를 겪는다.

새로운 정부에서는 치수관리를 잘 한다하니 안심이다.
