1 ounce Cointreau
<br>
1 ounce fresh lime juice
<br>
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
<br>

* Fill a cocktail shaker three-quarters full with ice. Add all the ingredients, cover, and shake well. Strain into a small cocktail glass with fresh ice.

* SERVING SUGGESTION : Before making the drink, wet the edge of the glass with lime juice, then dip it in coarse salt. Fill with ice and prepare drink.
