A special Sunday event: our eighth annual photo collection celebrating such magnificent birds of prey. Not Eagles (nor Chiefs), these nocturnal hunters hail from Europe, Asia, North America, and South America and are depicted here in photos from recent years. It's time once again for the biggest bird holiday of them all, Superb Owl Sunday!!! While much of America will be watching the Super Bowl on Sunday, February 13th, Superb Owl Sunday fans everywhere will spend the day (and owls being owls, the night) celebrating these marvels of the avian world. And we want you to join in! Once again this year we'd like you to share your favorite owl pictures with us at Pasadena Audubon, and we can share them with the world via our social media outlets.
