// Cell Group Shepherd Rules //
1. Group Shepherds attend all worship services and prayer meetings at the church and take the lead in serving the Lord’s kingdom.
2. The group shepherd checks on the absent members every week with a parental heart, and visits (calls) them to comfort and encourage them.
3. The group shepherd should participate in the group shepherd Bible study on Sunday afternoon.
4. The group shepherd should think of the names of the group members written down during the prayer time each morning and pray for them.
5. The Group Shepherd must keep the private affairs of Group members confidential and not disclose them to the public.
6. Group Shepherd should refrain from financial transactions with members and refrain from making useless and vain words and actions.
7. The group shepherd manages and leads the group well, and does his best to grow and revive the group and evangelize.
8. Group Shepherd should avoid wearing clothes that are too flashy or shabby and must have good manners.
9. If a Group member is absent on Sunday, the Group Shepherd should first pray sufficiently for him/her and then visit him/her.
10. When a problematic family is discovered among the members of the Group, the Group Shepherd reports it to the pastor and continues to pray for the family and provide care.
11. When Group Shepherd visit the homes of Group members, they prepare and deliver concise messages of comfort and encouragement.
12. Group Shepherd should not stay in one house for too long and avoid meal times.
13. Group Shepherd regard non-believers as sheep outside the fold and preach the gospel to them as well.
14. If there is a group member that the group shepherd has difficulty visiting alone, he visits that member together with other experienced group members.
