For a third prize winner from a piano competition, to my mind and from long experience with the work, this 14 year old boy's brilliant performance here was as good as most versions of the Chopin as presented by his professional foreunners. I will follow his career keenly from this point, though I probably will never get to hear him in the flesh. I noticed he watched the conductor like a hawk and meshed in with the orchestra from the first bar. He has a tremendous future if he keeps his attention to detail as scrupulous as it was here.  @RaineriHakkarainen  I felt the colours were emerging very well even here. And if you listen to his most recent recordings I feel you may be happier with the palettes he is using these days (e.g. Wigmore Hall, Beethoven 3, 4 and 5, Chopin Etudes, Tchaikovsky, and the Schumann). Here's to much happier listening for you.

미친 수준의 음악을 만들어넨다….Kissin, Lang Lang, 조성진 다 비교해도 chopin concerto no 2는 임유찬이 너무 월등하게 잘한다…..

이미 임윤찬은 기교가 성인 수준 완성된 피아니스트네여, 문지영 부죠니 콩쿨 Final 에서 친 수준을 능가, 각 프레이징 마다 물 흐르듯 넘넘 자연스럽기 그지 없네, 2022 반 클라이번 콩쿨 최연소 우승 이때 이 연주부텀 예정된 수순 아닌가 함~

14세때 연주군요.. 가벼운터치가 기량천재인건 느끼겠는데 날아갈듯 연주해서 그게 오히려 곡의 무게감을 감소시키는것같아 아쉽기도했는데.. 저 나이 때라니 이해갑니다
