Dr Cynthia Lifts Ghana’s Women and Youth Through Skills and Support

INTI alumna, Dr Cynthia, founder of Boost Foundation, is transforming lives in Ghana by equipping women, youth, and people with disabilities with practical skills, confidence, and opportunity.

Through initiatives such as the Sua Adepam (Learn a Skill) Project and Ghana’s Ultimate Entrepreneur Competition, participants gain training, tools, mentorship, and pathways to sustainable income.

Shaped by her journey as an INTI alumna, Dr Cynthia continues to turn vision into action, proving that when people are given skills and support, entire communities rise together.
