귀농 귀촌이 쉽지는 않습니다.
사전에 준비도 많이 하고, 교육도 많이 받아야 하니까요.

귀농 귀촌 강의때, 항상 듣는 말이 있습니다.
왜 이제야 이러한 강의를 해줍니까?
주춧돌과 기둥이 튼튼한 집이 쓰러짐 없이 튼튼하고 오래갑니다.

Returning to farming  and rural areas is not easy.

귀농귀촌을 마음 먹으면 처음에는 농업기술센터에서 상담을 하는 경우가 많습니다.
경험이 없는 입장에서,  농업기술센터는 모든 농업기술 집약처로서 도움이 되겠다고 생각합니다.
그러나 예전의 농촌지도소는 현장 지도위주였다면 현재의  농업기술센터는 행정지원센터로 거의 바뀐
상태입니다. 물론 농업기술센터 직원 중에서는 개인 교육비을 지불하더라도 배우로 오는 공무원도 있습니다.

When you decide to return to farming and rural areas, you often consult at the Agricultural
Technology Center at first. As an inexperienced beginner,  You think that the Agricultural
Technology Center will be helpful as the center of all agricultural technology.  However, if the
former Rural Guidance Center was focused on field guidance, the current Agricultural Technology
Center was almost replaced by the administrative support center. Of course, some of the employees
of the Agricultural Technology Center come to participate the education as participants
if they pay personal education expenses.

참고로 오해가 있을 수 있으므로 지역별 농업기술센터의 상황은 다를 수 있습니다.
이점 오해가 없기를 바랍니다. 대체로 그렇다는 것입니다.
For your information, there may be misunderstandings, the situation at regional agricultural
technology centers can be different.  I hope this is not a misunderstanding.
Generally speaking, that's generally the case.

저는 상대 출신으로 서울 모 무역회사 농산물 관련 부서에서 일을 시작했습니다.
생산 농민들을 상대하는 경우가 많았고, 또한 농사를 실패한 상황을 많이 접하게 되었습니다.
안타깝지요. 왜지? 왜 실패하지? 하는 의구심을 갖기 시작했고, 그 해답을 알고자 했습니다.

I started working in the agricultural products department of a trading company in Seoul. I often
dealt with production farmers, and I also encountered a lot of situations where farming failed.
It was really a matter for regret. "Why?" "Why do they fail?" I began to have doubts, and I wanted
to know the answer.

그때,  농업의 선진지인 이곳 김해에 연구농장을 갖추고 연구를 시작했습니다. 귀농을 한 셈이지요.
수많은 시행착오를 걸치면서 30여년간 지속해 오고 있습니다. 사연도 많았고, 뇌출혈로 중환자실에서
삶과 죽음을 오가는 상황까지도 갔었습니다.

At that time, I started researching with a research farm here in Gimhae, an advanced agricultural
area.  It has been going on for over 30 years with many trials and errors. There were many stories,
and in the ICU with a brain hemorrhage, I've been to death and back again.

또한 과정에 유기농업협회 근무중 유기농산물 인증권을 농관원으로 이양 과정에서 미국연수/자료 번역, 
농업마이스터대 품목교수로 네델란드, 호주 등 연수, 수차례 국내 교수 연수 등으로 한국농업마이스터대
출강도 하고 있습니다.

전국의 농업기술센터 귀농귀촌, 친환경농업대학, 강소농 등 강의를 하고 있습니다. 
너무 부족함을 느끼고 농대 석사, 박사과정 공부도 마쳤고요. 영어를 통해서 자가개발을 지속하고 있습니다. 

Also in the process of working with the Organic Farming Association, In the process of
transferring the certification of organic agricultural products to the Agricultural Products Quality Management Service, I am translating American data.

As a professor of agricultural meisters, I was trained in the Netherlands and Australia, and has
trained several domestic professors. korea agricultural meister university
I'm also teaching a class on the korea agricultural meister university.

농업기술센터나 농업마이스터대 교육 과정에 강사로 초빙해서 교육받는 것도 하나의 방법입니다.

교육비도 교재비와 중식비 정도로 받고 있고,
발효기 및 미생물 배양기도 수백, 수천만원이 아닌 20여만원에 만드는 기술을 터득해서 보급하고 있습니다.

I also receive educational expenses for teaching materials and lunch, I am acquired the technology and we're resupplying the techniques to make fermenters and microbial incubators for about 20
million won instead of hundreds or tens of thousands of won.

비용절감을 위하고 성공농사를 위해서 각자 농장에서 직접 자가제조, 자가발효하는 기술보급,
당도/경도/착색향상법, 생육단계별 양수분 및 액비 사용법 등을 교육하고 있습니다.

In order to save money and to succeed in farming, I spread self-manufacturing and self-fermenting technology directly on each farm. We teach how to improve sugar content / hardness / coloring, how to use liquid fertilizer for each growth stage, and so on.

비용 최소화, 이윤 극대화... 이것이 바로 우리가 추구하고 가야하는 방향입니다.

자가제조 발효농법으로, 보약같은 농산물 생산법으로... 우리 모두 부자가 됩시다!
