“Joy of the Waves, Dokdo” is an emotional ballad about love, nature, and togetherness.

Through the imagery of the moon, the wind, the sea, and the clouds, it portrays a love that stays connected across distance.

Its warm yet grand melody carries tender emotions, offering comfort and peace to the listener.

The recurring line “Thinking about you” reflects not longing, but the certainty of love.

Like the blue waves of Dokdo, it sings of a love that remains ever by one’s side.

From a calm beginning to a powerful crescendo, the song rises like the tide of the sea.

It paints an island within our hearts ? a timeless place of love and connection.

Looking at the moon Thinking about you

The moon that I see right now

I know you are watching too

Looking at the flowers Thinking about you

Sunlight shining over me

Sharing all its warmth with you

Breathing in the air Thinking about you

The air that I softly breathe

Breathing in the air with you

Not a moment lost Never have I stopped to breathe

In the gentle touch of wind

In the misty morning light

Underneath the endless sky

Where the shining stars still glow

In the songs the waves will sing

In the dancing clouds so free

You, the one who loves me so

Where you are is where I’ll stay

I am always standing there Always by your side, my dear

Thinking of you Beating heart that longs for you

Because you are here with me
