노송의 절개           명총 김 규 봉(김 요셉) 누가 뭐래도당당하게 서서사계의 변화를 느끼며넓은 시야에 들어오는 풍경을 즐기느니라 바람 불면 흔들리고햇볕의 변덕이나 비가 오나 눈이 오나절대적 환경에 적응하며세월 흐름을 단 한번 계산이라도 해 본 적이 없다 산 언덕 큰 바위틈에홀로 푸르게 서서 일편단심을 보여주는 저 노송은 누구와 대화라도 하고나 있는가날짐승들이 날아와 똥오줌 배설하고 머물다 가곤 하기는 하지 너희들과 살아가는 방법이 다를 뿐 나도 생명이 있다다만 너희들처럼 일들을 두고 네가 못났고 내가 잘났다큰 대의를 생각이라도 하는지 내 생각이 옳고 네 생각이 틀였다 그런 짓은 함부로 하지는 않는다오늘도 주어진 환경을 즐기며 한결같이 열심히 살아가련다       The Integrity of the Korean Pine             Poet / Kyubong Kim (Joseph Kim)No matter what anyone saysStanding proudlyFeeling the changes of the four seasonsI delight in the scenery that comes into view through my broad field of vision It shakes when the wind blowsWhether it is the sun’s whim or rain or snowAdapting to the absolute environmentI have never even once calculated the passage of time In the crevice of a large rock on a mountain hillStanding alone, blue, showing unwavering devotionHas that old pine tree even had a conversation with anyoneWild animals do come, poop and pee, and leave after staying, though I only live a different way from you, but I also have lifeBut when it comes to matters like you guys do, you're useless and I'm greatAs if thinking of a greater cause, I thought I was right and you were wrongI don't do such things recklesslyToday, too, I will enjoy the circumstances given to me and live diligently and faithfully, as always
