5 cups roughly chopped watermelon, yellow or red (seeds removed)
1/4 cup superfine sugar
Juice of 1 lime
1 to 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
* Place all the ingredients in a blender, cover and blend until the fruit is liquefied. Pour through a strainer into a large pitcher. Allow the mixture to drain without pushing it through the strainer. Discard any solids that remain. Skim any remaining foam from the juice and serve over ice in tall glasses.
