2002년 4월 20일 토요일에 을지로에 있는 트라이포트 홀에서 "2002 EDWIN FEVER NIGHT" - FASHION & PASSION 이 열립니다.

이번에 열리는 파티는 그간에 열렸던 파티에 “패션(Fashion)”이라는 주제를 갖고 파티를 기획하게 되었습니다. 파티에 참가하는 많은 사람들이 패션과 관련이 있는 패션디자이너들이 많은 것과 이곳을 찾는 많은 레이버들이 앞서나가는 패션 감각을 갖고 있는 점을 부각하여 패션에 종사하는 사람들과 패셔너블한 사람들이 모여서 함께 신나게 즐길 수 있는 그런 자리를 마련하게 되었습니다.
또한 이 행사는 특별 프로그램으로 “패션쇼+퍼포먼스”를 기획하게 되었습니다.
풍부한 볼거리와 행사시마다 색다른 방향을 모색해보는 방안의 하나로 열리는 이번 행사는 또 하나의 새로운 파티의 가능성을 제시하는 특별한 파티가 될 것입니다.

그리고 이번에 내한하는 DJ는 영국의 “Phil Gifford”로 현재 영국에서 한참 주가를 올리고 있는 DJ입니다. Phil Gifford가 선보이는 DJing은 하우스 장르로 신나고 즐거운 음악들로 여러분을 즐겁게 할 것입니다.

장편 독립영화 ‘그루브’(Groove·그레그 해리슨 감독)
선댄스 영화제에서 호평받은 ‘그루브’는 샌프란시스코의 어느 창고 파티를 중심으로 수많은 인물들을 추적하면서 파티의 현장감을 생생하게 포착한다.
파티 문화에 대한 짧은 연애편지 같은 이 영화는 예리하지만 따뜻하고 담담한 시선으로 파티·마약·섹스를 바라본다.
비록 피상적이기는 하지만 혼돈 속에서 쾌락에 탐닉하는 젊은 주인공들의 내면을 조명함으로써 그들이 어떤 새벽을 맞을지 궁금하게 한다. 또 좋은 뮤지컬 영화가 그러하듯 관객들을 춤추고 싶도록 충동질하는 힘이 있다. (글쓴이 phinn님의 글 중에서 발췌)

Yes its him cheeky bald Brummie dj of legendary allnighter Wobble.
After finding himself djing for friends at parties because his record collection being the largest, Phil fell in to djing and promoting his own gigs with Partner Silong (Sugar/Wobble). The first success being Naughty but Sundays at a dubious Strip club 1991 which ran for 8 months residents only! Phil then Started Wobble Birmingham ...With there uplifting balearic sound Wobble soon established its self as one of the countrys most reliable and atmospheric Saturday nights taking over all the rooms in the venue as it grew employing every top draw Dj from home and abroad.
Phil became a regular on the guest circuit djig at the first ever Chuff Chuff also
main room at Cream Back to Basics Leeds,Time Flies Cardiff, Burger Queen Scotland And Shindig Newcastle, Passion Coalville Miss Moneypennys to name just a few.
Over the years Phil has played nearly every club going in the U.K as well as touring the States, Italy, Cyprus, Austria, and of course Ibiza for the likes of Moneypennys Pacha, Amnesia etc.
Wobble held successful parties at Es Paradis with such guests as Josh Wink and Dimitry from Deelite and of course Phil at the helm .
In his career Phil has played along side all the big Jocks you care to mention....Cox, Morillo, Sanchez, Sneak,Yousef,Harry choo choo, Brandon Block, Dave Clarke, Moraes, Jon Carter, Craig Richards,Derrick Carter,Mr C, Davoli, Seb Fontain , etc etc blah blah blah
In the 9 years of quality house nights, Phil has had a fair amount of media attention. Dj of the month in Face mag. Wobble top 50 clubs ever in Face.
Double page features in Select Muzik and in DJ magazine top 10 clubs for 2 years running.Number 8 in Mix mags top 10 party animals feature. Even if he does play this down now!
Phil was the man responsible for the full capacity Saturday nights at Ministry of Sound Bar Birmingham with his Quality House sound filling it for 14 months solid resident and promoter.
Wobble is now held bi monthly @ Medicine ,London with people travelling from all over to visit.
Phil is resident Dj at the monthly Renegade Robot Medicine bar/club Birmingham with guests such as Hipp e and Halo and Jean Jacques Smoothie and Fc Kahuna the night is highly respected and successful.
Phil is a versatile DJ able to throw down dirty twisted beats and quality deep house but can also rock a party with quality uplifting disco and classics .Just watch him interact with your crowd from behind the dex !
