『Hippy Hippy Shake』는 1963년 영국의 4인조

Rock 밴드 「Swinging Blue Jeans」가 발표한

곡으로 1960년대를 뒤흔들어 놓았던 추억의 Twist 춤을

대박 히트시키면서 영국 차트 정상에 올랐으며,

미국에서는 1964년 빌 보드 차트 24위까지 올랐습니다.

『Hippy Hippy Shake』는 우리나라에서 폭발적인

인기를 얻었으며, 국내 CF '맥심 아이스커피' 배경

음악으로 더욱 친숙해진 이 곡의 Original은 1959년

'Chan Romero'가 발표하였지만, 「Beatles」가 많이

부르기도 했는데,

「Swinging Blue Jeans」가 다시 리메이크하여

커다란 성공을 안겨 주었습니다.
